Location great and apartment is very spacious and has an ice balcony facing the main square. Well equipped and plenty of towels provided. Manarola is a lovely town with good restaurants and bars and a nice place to swim. There is no beach in Coneglia - so that question is n/a

The balcony is nice but no sea view. Up three flights of steep stairs and the apartment had no identifying number or name. The bedroom window bug screen was broken so we couldn't leave window open at night

Location very easy to find. Keys after hours also easy to find as we checked in at 7pm. Only 2 min walk to train station and ocean side was super close. I could hear the train from the accomodation but I believe this is hard not to hear as it goes through a tunnel behind the house. I would stay here again, easy communication with the host.

The balcony and the views from it were incredible! We enjoyed time on it every day. it is a large, two bedroom apartment with lots of space. Having a fridge/freezer was wonderful.

The beds were quite uncomfortable. The bathroom had mold up the wall and in the tub/shower.

Location is perfect and it was fully stocked.

It isn’t really suitable for 4 adults as the 4th bed is an upper bunk.

Good location. Lots of room. Well stocked kitchen. Window screen in master bedroom.

Not clean! Black mold and grim around bathtub. Balcony was filthy. Spillage not cleaned. Spillage on shutters not cleaned. Neighbors cats defecated on balcony. Dusty lamps and sticky floors. Just not as clean as should be during Covid. Also, four sets of narrow staircases to reach unit. If heavy luggage, difficult to traverse. Wi-Fi sporadic at best. Last day no electric power and not restored before departure.

A wonderful apartment in an amazing location. Even in the summer it was pleasantly cool in the evening. The view from the terrace couldn't be beaten.

No complaints from me, but my partner's parents found the stairs a little challenging to navigate. It's worth bearing in mind if mobility is an issue that this apartment is three floors up.

Location was good and the terrace was an excellent size. Communication withe the management company was good. It can get quite busy so you might want to reserve a table at one of the restaraunts. The sea is much warmer than it looks we should have swam every morning before breakfast.

I think the directions to the apt could have been clearer. We arrived by train and there is a pedestrian tunnel which takes you into the village. When you come out of the tunnel turn left go up some steps walk accross the terrace and down some steps and the apt entrance is the green building on the left which is where you will be met and escorted to the apt. If you come out of the tunnel and turn right you wil see a sign for the pharmacy and a coop supermarket close by. We used the washing macchine which needed some encouragment to complete it's cycle and to open it's door. The kettle was something you might take on a camping holiday we ended up using a saucepan. An electric one needs to be installed. We were dissapointed that there was no welcome pack not even a bottle of water I think it could at least be an optional extra,

Bright, clean, cozy, well equipped kitchen and bath. For our stay the very central location was ideal. In season, I think it would be livelier than this dormouse would enjoy. Host was helpful and patient( missed our connection in La Spezia)
