Property as described. Property clean and owner quick response and accommodating! Having been a former resident of Amarillo property is well located and extremely secure neighborhood. Would recommend this property for sure!!!

This was a great home to meet my brother and his family over the new year’s weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us and the home was very clean.

Had a great experience as a first time renter. Home was even better than the pics! Won’t hesitate to rent from these folks again in the future if needed!

First, I cannot say enough about our communication with the property manager. She always responded to my VRBO messages usually before I’d even put my phone down after writing to her. Sometimes it was early in the morning, sometimes it was late at night, and she ALWAYS responded promptly and professionally. The house was exactly as it was in the pictures. The kitchen is very thoroughly appointed, and all appliances worked as they should. The 2 smaller bedrooms downstairs were perfect for our elementary aged children, and the master suite worked well for us. The shower in the master bathroom is first-rate. Bath towels were plentiful and good quality. The backyard held enough shade, even on the hot summer days, and the trees in the yards were very helpful. There were outdoor chairs in the garage, which came in handy. Overall, the property was very clean and well-maintained. We visit Amarillo regularly to see family. This will absolutely become our go-to place to stay for future trips. We’re not even out of town yet, and the kids are telling us they miss the house! It was absolutely a safe, clean, comfortable, enjoyable stay!

This is a perfect place to host a large group of guests.

Very nice home. had two small maintenance issues and they were resolved immediately. Would definitely stay again if needing place in Amarillo. So much better than hotel.
