Very clean, neat and tidy! Amazing shower, loads of water pressure. Kitchen well equipped, has everything you could possibly need. Big property, with loads of outdoor space.

The location was lovely, and the conservatory was very nice . The beds were comfortable. The best thing about this place was the amazing Deli upstairs, beautiful food!

The cleanliness of the flat was not great. We had to wash the cutlery, plates etc before using them. There is a smell in the corridor where the washing machine is kept, which was not pleasant.

Excellent property with great facilities. Spotlessly clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back.

Parking in the road outside was a bit of a pain.

Very clean, functional and great location to explore the countryside. Nice conservatory and dog friendly.

Good for a couple and max 2 small children. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but that's quite a personal thing.

The location was very quaint and a perfect getaway from the city. A great view over the trees and was very quiet. The apartment was very clean and communication was great from hosts. Accessing property without a car would be difficult.

Location, feel of property was very comfortable. Layout of property was great, property was equipped with what was needed and was very warm. Host of property was very kind and informative. We would definitely stay again.

Condition of external decking was bad, railing is rotting. Covered in leafs, dirt, and debris not just from one day or so. Bed was not comfortable. All cookery, utensils, plates and glasses where in need of cleaning. The toilet was really bad, absolutely reeked of urine and needed a deep clean on first day of being at the property. (Need new cleaner and maintenance for property as present ones are no good!)

Lovely deck area, loved the conservatory, boot room, and decor.

We chose the location for a base to cycle around Afan Valley, so for this reason, the location was perfect. It was quiet, beautiful view, lots of outdoor seating on the wide decking to drink in the landscape. Complimentary coffee pods/coffee machine and selection of teas, extras such as antibacterial hand gel & soap, washing up liquid, etc. Tea towels and bath towels too. Basic Sky package and Netflix too to enjoy in the late evenings. Lots of good lighting from the stairs down to the accommodation and all around the back of the property, and non slip mats and signs to take care when the decking is wet and slippery. Plenty of space to store bikes safely overnight. Great comms with the owner.

Due to be refurbed by the owner in future, which will sort out what we didn't like about the property; which was that the wet room was very small, and dimly lit. Also bear in mind that there are stairs to take your baggage/bikes up and down to get to the property.

A great place to access the valley . Good clean rooms, modern facilities. We used it to go Mountain biking and it was perfect .
