Really convenient city centre location, off street car parking for one car included, excellent price, balcony space and light and open living space, comfy beds, clean bathrooms. All in all a good stay, would recommend if you're looking for a convenient and reasonably priced stay in Hull.
Basic accommodation (but price is brilliant, so wouldn't expect anything super fancy anyway!) Quite a few light bulbs on spotlights out, but still light enough on main living area, quite tricky to get parking shutter to open - but this may be due to sensor battery going.

Mike the host was excellent, he went above & beyond to accommodate us. Accommodation was excellent for 4 people. Parking was a bonus, as was the washing machine, even though we were only there 2 nights, there's always that 1 person who manages to end up wearing a drink!
Water pressure on the top floor was poor if the shower on the floor below was being used. Lock on the right side patio door needs some attention. Otherwise couldn't fault this apartment. Would definitely return & book to stay again.

the parking space was not easy to find nor easy to park in. certain things could have been a little cleaner

Location was great, easy access there was parking included with this. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you might have needed. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely book this again if staying in Hull.

Great location, very close to everything.
It is lovely to have a place like home so you all can either cook or go out for meals. Lovely being able to sit and chill out with mates.
I'm just being picky, but it would have been nice to have a couple of single beds and not all doubles, but the one on the top floor is very big with an on suite..

The house was really tidy and all the guests and I concluded that the beds are very comfortable! Kitchen facilities were easy to use, good seating to support at least six people (sofa and bar stools by the island). There were a good number of appliances (Tassimo, iron and ironing table, hangers, hairdryer and even a baby play pen). I’d asked ahead of arriving and Mike was very quick with response!
To put distance into context, Primark and McDonald’s are about a 5-7 minute walk away, and St Stephens and Hull Paragon (bus/train) station is 8-12 minutes away if you walk with a suitcase. Newland avenue would be 10-15 or so minutes on the bus or driving. Honestly, pretty good location.
There are quite a few stairs to climb but it works well if you’d like your own space (top floor room had an en-suite which was great).

Well located in the centre of town, and it's a real benefit that it comes with free parking, which is convenient and easy to access. The apartment was clean and although spread out over three floors it was comfortable spacious.
WiFi was a nightmare and we struggled to get more than 2 Mbps on a regular basis. Odd given the location in the centre of town, so there may have been a network problem, but other reviews have mentioned WiFi issues, so it might be a longer-term thing (we were only there for a few days). While the multiple floors gives the place a good amount of room, it also means that there are lots and lots of steps, and quite steep ones.

Really nice apartment, lovely bedrooms, great location, and really helpful host providing check in and parking details.
Little bit of noise around 3am due to nightclub/casino at rear but didn't last long and would not prevent us staying at the apartment again....really lovely 😊

Really liked the space that the whole apartment offered us a a group to stay together. On arrival we we were able to enjoy the sunny terrace to the rear of the property while we waited for the whole group to arrive. The bedrooms were well appointed, really comfortable beds- plenty of space for all occupants. The kitchen area had all we needed for our stay, and the spacious lounge was perfect to relax in when we weren't all out. Showers were good too.
Not really anything we didn't like, but worth noting that the living spaces are up several flights of stairs, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Loved the spacious property, excellent location, very well equipped, sunny balcony, very clean, comfortable beds, everything you need like home from home everything provided
The 2 showers cannot be used at the same time probably due to water pressure a bit inconvenient. Could do with a couple more chairs on balcony. There was no hair dryer.

Very easy to check in. The host was great with communication beforehand and gave very detailed instructions prior to arrival.

clean and nicely decorated property with good sized family bedrooms and a big living space. Quiet even though in town centre. secure parking and nice outside space. Easy walk to town centre attractions.
WiFi not working on TV for streaming. Shower in shared bathroom hard to adjust temperature and weak flow. coffee machine did not work.

Mike was very helpful sorting out any problems we encountered as well as giving great information regarding entry and parking.
The accommodation is in a great location for sightseeing on foot. I will be recommending to my friends if they are planning a visit to Hull.
There were alot of stairs with 3 floors and a flight to get up to the first floor.It was OK for us but could be an issue for some.

The location was fantastic, very central and close to all amenities. It was good not having to wait around for Taxi's but being able to end the night with a bottle of red and a take away with friends. Having a coffee on the balcony was lovely after a night out!
I honestly couldn't say there was one thing either myself of my friends didn't like! We had contact details for the host if we needed them, the beds were fab so all was fantastic

Worked perfectly well for us, but we appreciate after the extensive period of lockdown etc it takes a while to get things exactly right!

Far more to like about this apartment, than dislike!
If you can handle stairs, you are going to love this place, particularly as most attractions are never that far away from you.
Without in any way being critical of the property, fewer steps, this would not be ideal for anyone who struggles with stairs, the property is spread over 3 floors, with additional steps from the car parking area, and from the main entrance off George Street to the lounge/kitchen.
Be prepared for plenty of stairs/steps, especially for those pesky, yet necessary visits to the loo!
Perhaps we tend to think of apartments as being all on one level?
This is a house that has been extremely well modernised, providing all mod cons.
Just be aware, everything from ground floor front or back, can only accessed by a or several flights of stairs!
