Nice place in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Super quiet, and a great hub for exploring the many bays of Banks Peninsula.

Lovely property to stay in. The online accuracy was very good but should advise boaties that the property does not accommodate boats. The driveway parking is good for cars only. It was impossible to park the boat on the property because of if there are cars parked on the road you cannot access the drive towing a boat in or out. We had to leave the boat on the narrow road. This would cause a major boat parking problem during busy season.

We really enjoyed using this property for our staff retreat, all the spaces were great for our team and proximity to waterfront was brilliant.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Found the seating in the living room very uncomfortable. Also would have been nice to have some green grass to play/sit on. Other wise a good place to stay

We had a very comfortable stay. The house is nicely appointed and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Akaroa. I highly recommend.

Super easy and extremely comfortable for a small group. Location was perfect and easy walking distance for everything. Nice and warm for newborn with a perfect entertainment area.

House is situated so close to everything which is fantastic for people with mobility concerns. Felt like home away from home, very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need. Thank you so much, we will love to stay again sometime.

This property is centrally located so everything is within walking distance - beach, restaurants, supermarket etc. It was nice and quiet and the back garden was a real bonus.

This property is ideal for people with young children because of its proximity to the beach.

A great place for a family. Room for all and a great garden for a spot of cricket with the kids. The outdoor area was wonderful for our extended family party.

We really loved our stay in Akaroa and this was perfectly located. Everything we needed, and the kids loved the garden.

Great experience overall. Lovely bach and very clean with great facilities. My only (very slight) two criticisms are it would be awesome if there was an armchair on the other side of the living room as the big sofa is great as are the two beanbags but we just felt an armchair would help with enough seating for adults. The other slight criticism is the stained looking day mattress in the living room needs a clean and covering. It would look so lovely in the little sun room with a cover and lots of cushions as a reading spot! But very lovely bach and great sized indoor and outdoor dining tables and lovely bedrooms, thanks for the great stay!
