Wide open views in all directions made this house especially nice for our family trip. The house is well-kept and comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The easy access to Ashland was a nice bonus, and we enjoyed walking to a nearby winery.

- House - The house is simple, in a good way - basically just a kitchen, living room, and a ton of bedrooms. We had 4 adults + 4 kids, and it was spacious enough that we never felt crowded, and there's no clutter so the kids were able to play without us worrying about them breaking anything. - Location - The house is on the edge of town and has a good balance of privacy but still being able to get into town with just a few minutes' drive. It's on a large open field, which has small holes and bumps so you have to be a little careful when running, but we were still able to kick a soccer ball around. At night we went out to the back porch to look at the lights from town, it was very peaceful and beautiful. - Cleanliness - Overall good, the only slight ding was that there were a few things in the kitchen that weren't quite clean. In particular the coffee maker hadn't been cleaned out from the previous guest, and the dishes were a bit dusty and needed to be cleaned before use. Not a big deal though, and everything else seemed fine. - Communication - Property manager was very prompt, always responding to any questions within the hour if not immediately, both before and during the stay.

We were switched to a different home on the same property. The home was beautiful and the view of the city of Ashland and the surrounding area was spectacular. The property owner was very helpful and the communication was open, immediate, and very clear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future. The house was clean and well maintained and suited our needs perfectly. It was big enough for our families to maintain some distance during this pandemic and the weather was great so we be outdoors as much as possible. We would definitely come back.
