Enjoyable stay.

Pineapple cottage had just about everything you need. Very clean and comfortable and the location was great for everything we wanted to do

This location and owner were really nice. Great location. Clean, spacious and easy to check in and out!

The place was clean and taken care of. We had issues with the plumbing. The septic had backed up into the shower. Jimmy, the owner offered to clean it up. Several days of rain had caused the problem. Offering to refund us our money, we opted to move upstairs . A better view, longer stay and more spacious accommodations! This place is great! The jacuzzi tub is to die for. A private dock, great view and location. The host is one of a kind. Personable and very responsive. My wife and I had an awesome stay and can't wait to get back. We caught blue crabs with the traps, red drum , flounder and stingrays from the dock. Nice neighbors. Beautiful place would recommend 10 out of 10. Jimmy if you see this, thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Nice property, which had everything we needed. It is 5 minutes from the beach by car and 30 mins from Savannah historic area. There is also a fish market nearbuy where we bought local grouper and mahi - always like to cook local fish. The beach is very nice. The only negative was having to pay for parking in Tybee everywhere and it is hourly.., I did not like having to keep track of time like that. But it was a minor inconvenience:)

Although our place had a few issues I touched base with the owner and he did his best to try to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend staying here due to punctuality of how the owner responds to any issues that may accrue. Overall we had a great time on Tybee Island and would recommend to anybody to go to the South Beach where there is not as many people.

Very nice accommodations..plenty of room for a family of 4. Very clean and conveniently located from Savannah and beaches in Tybee. Owner is very responsive. Good selection of dishes and cookware. Comfortable enclosed porch. Very quiet area. Close to Crab Shack.

A little dirty with dead bugs/spiderwebs and greasy dishes. Close to a lot of restaurants/shops. Nice yard. Just needs some tlc.

Reasonable price, great place! The bed is fantastic (slept like a baby). It was close enough to the city and to the beach! Very relaxing! Exactly as advertised.

The adjacent yard was cluttered with themed trash and resembled a junkyard. The private dock is shared between the renters of the triplex where the unit is located. The unit is located on a part of the canal that dries up at low tide. When we walked in we were met with the strong smell of bleach. Very stagnant humid interior with window unit air conditioner. The air conditioner is very efficient and gets very cold. The fold out couch bed in the living room felt like sleeping on monkey bars. Baby spider nests in multiple corners of the ceiling, including the bedroom door opening. The screen door on the back patio is very difficult to open and close. If you can’t close it it will swing and creek all night long. The best part about the stay was the overlooking view of the marsh from the front yard.

We wanted somewhere quiet with a nice view to enjoy a "parents weekend away". This provided the right amount of privacy and was the perfect size for the two of us.

This little cottage was cute & clean for the money. Some things could be spruced up and updated but we weren't looking for anything top dollar.

We enjoyed our stay for just the 2 of us. If given the chance, will definitely book it again. The only concern we had was the water pressure was very low in the shower and the sink. It also took a long time for the water to get warm. Everything else was perfect for what we needed.

This is a perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. The place is close to the beach, it is clean, perfect size, reasonable rates. Will definitely stay here next time.

Convenient location and the bed was very comfortable. There is a little bit of a musty smell but it’s on the water so it goes with the location. Not a bad place to stay at all, you will not regret booking here.

nice quiet location with everything we needed

We were satisfied with our stay on Tybee and for the price it was a good deal, compared to other places on the island. It is not in a tourist area of the island which can be a plus or minus, depending on what you are looking for. However, since it's a small island, it wasn't far to drive to any part of it, but there was nothing within walking distance. It was quiet, clean and pretty much as advertised. There was no view to speak of as the only view out the french doors was of the canal and was off the bedroom so you wouldn't be sitting there with the blinds open seeing a view. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked but we were a bit disappointed with the screened in porch in the back as it had a very mildewed ceiling and could have used refreshing in multiple ways. It wasn't inviting enough to want to sit out there and relax. We couldn't get the living room heater working even after talking by phone with the owner, but the very nice electric fireplace in the living room made up for the heater not working.

Great for a weekend getaway!

The location of this property was perfect for our vacation getaway. The unit was small but quite adequate for 2 adults on a short visit. It is located In a lovely, very quiet neighborhood with easy access to Tybee, the beach & ample restaurants. We walked down to a swing, set on the bank of the marsh out the front door, each sunset & sunrise - lovely! Just bring bug spray ;-)Unfortunately, the back dock area for our unit didn't offer much appeal as far as relaxing by the inlet. There was one lounger & the deck not at all inviting. We did notice (very wistfully) that the adjoining unit (Palm) had both a fab ground level patio & porch above -- both with what looked to be an appealing view & ample comfy & nicely kept seating.All in all - would return - but rent the nicer unit if wanting to enjoy the on site water views more.

We had a nice stay at pineapple cottage it was clean and we slept very good. Only thing, I had to go and buy washcloths because they only left 2 a piece for a 3 night stay. And we showered everyday and more than once on beach day. Other than that everything was great. Thank you for letting us stay at your beach house.

Liked location, cleanliness was not very good , roaches were seen as soon as we open the front door. Grass needed cutting, needed a little more TLC .

Property was nice. It was super easy to get to both the beach and Savannah. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Just a mile or two from beach access. Fun outdoor seating and small but comfortable indoor.

Enjoyed our stay great location very clean and comfortable place easy check in check out ... Oh and that bed ...fabulous !!
