Great condo. Super location. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! My husband, adult daughter, infant granddaughter, and I stayed in this residence. Communication with the property manager was fantastic and check-in and check-out was easy. They also assisted us with delivery and pickup of the baby equipment we rented (which the hotel will not provide - we used Baby Borrow). The unit was spotless! We appreciated the provided toiletries (just enough for a weekend). The den was large enough to accommodate a pack-n-play alongside the 2 beds. There are direct views of the ocean from both balconies. Both A/C units worked great! We only utilized the refrigerator but noticed plenty of cookware and utensils. This was our 6th visit to the St. Regis Bal Harbour, and we would absolutely stay in this unit again! Regarding the hotel property, the family pool was a blast and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were disappointed that the hotel does not rent day villas to residence guests; only hotel guests are allowed to reserve them. We dined at Atlantikos several times, and BH Burger. The breakfast at Atlantikos was good, but dinner is a pretty limited and somewhat pricey selection. Everything at BH Burger was delicious. This property is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this unit for couples and families!

The property was everything that was advertised and worked out perfectly for me and my family. Would highly recommend staying in this unit, and we will be back again!

Friends joined me to celebrate my birthday. The location and amentias are outstanding. This is one of my favorite St. Regis properties. You cannot beat the location and service. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Nice apartment

We do not hace other words to describe our stay here. It is not our first time in St Regis but every time we go, we love it more. And this appartment has made this possible. The view, the huge spaces, the property manager who has been more than nice to us, such as the owner. I stayed with my husband and my twin 4 year old kids. The beach, the pool, the service at St Regis and the closeness to BH just crossing the street is MARVELOUS. We will definitely come back to this apartment Thank you !!!!

We enjoyed a great family vacation with our adult children. The set up of a king bed and the second bedroom option of a king bed or twin beds was the reason why we chose the unit. The St. Regis is a wonderful resort. This booking was excellent.

We have stayed at the St Regis property multiple times booking directly through Marriott. We found this property and the two bedroom two bath was very exciting. Unfortunately it really isn’t two bedroom. The second room with bed and a clothes rack has no natural light and no drawers for clothes. The rest of the room is fantastic especially the balconies. We spent hours outside on them every night.

The rental is in the main tower at the St. Regis Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The second BR is a converted Den which worked well for our son (circa 10 months at the time). There are 2 balconies with gorgeous views of the ocean. We coordinated with owner and then the concierge team who were responsive and absolutely outstanding; they arranged for a crib as well as transportation to and from the hotel. The amenities and service are the same as the hotel and what you would expect from a St. Regis property--simply the best. The hotel is across from Bal harbor shops and they have a number of notable/good restaurants. We had a splendid time and would rent this room again.

Just as described!!! We loved it- only thing is it would’ve been nice to have a little more soap and toiletries provided, (had I known they didn’t supply more than for a day, we would have brought our own). Unit was clean, and quiet!

The condo was just as it appeared in the listing. The location was amazing with gorgeous views. Check in with the property manager was really convenient. The hotel service was great. We would definitely book again.

Luckily my husband had to stay home because the 2 bedroom is really a one bedroom and a den. My 21 and 18 year old sons stayed with me and the second room was a bit tiny for my older son and doesn’t come with drawers to unpack. If you are just a couple or a couple with a small child it’s definitely for you.. The view was spectacular the best I’ve seen ever!! The king bedroom is gorgeous and the vanities and showers are great( loved the rain shower) ; kitchen is tiny with only one burner but a great fridge/freezer combo and dining room with six low chairs and great living room. Being at the St. Regis was amazing! Lots of wonderful amenities there. The property manager and owner were really helpful and made the process easy!

We had access to everything that we could have wanted staying in the residence, including our own entrance through an elevator. The resort was crowded but there were always seats at the pool and at the beach. If anything they were a bit short staffed in terms of service but once you found someone service was quick!Great property and great location. The Bal Harbor shops directly across the street made dining out so easy.

Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and the unit was amazing. Everything was easy and arranged perfectly to our needs.

This is an amazing apt with beautiful ocean views. It is in a perfect location. The manager was very helpful. By far it was the best vacation I have had in visiting South Florida. I would highly recommend it for high end vacation rentals.

We were in Miami for a quick last minute weekend. The residence in the st Regis was beautiful with gorgeous views and terraces. The st Regis has great access to the shops at bal harbour, but many of the restaurants in the hotel are closed. We felt very safe from a COVID perspective too.

The unit is a little smaller than in the pictures but still accommodated my family of 5 comfortably. ( Full use of the St. Regis amenities and concierge services plus free valet parking included was really nice. Amazing property and location.

The property itself is lovely and well-maintained. The owner could not have made the experience more effortless. Everything met our expectations.

Amazing apartment, immaculately clean, breathtaking ocean views in one of the best addresses in South Florida, what more can you ask for? Management was very attentive and easy to work with. I highly recommend staying at this location, get ready to relax!

The property is very nice and we had a great time although there was a lot of construction noise in mid March 2019. The unit itself was nice for the most part. Master bedroom is gorgeous; second bedroom was very sparse. Instead of a closet, the owner has two coat racks in the room. No side tables for the bed. Very dark; no windows. Frosted glass doors open to the kitchen so no real soundproofing either. An odd setup. Management co only supplies enough toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, soap and shampoo for a few days and told me they charge you if you want more, so bring your own. Also, the St Regis will not let you tie a credit card to the room for the period of your stay so you will need to carry your credit card to pay for everything on property.

Location, amenities, service, and quality of the unit are perfect. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great value! It’s a spacious room with two big balconies facing the ocean in the St. Regis hotel; however, if you are used to five-star hotel rooms, you might be disappointed. We only received a total of four towels for our entire stay (we were four people). I think that two bath towels, two hand towels, and two washcloths should be provided for each person. The sheets and pillows should also be replaced with new ones, they were thin and threadbare. To be five star, it’s these little details that make the difference.

This place is simply amazing. Beautiful place with excellent amenities and world class service. We will definitely be back!
