It was absolutely perfect to spend a week celebrating our 23rd anniversary. All the elements that connect with us were there. Beautiful accomodations, 7 sunrises a short PJ coffee walk from your bedroom, a rooftop deck that makes you feel rich and famous, a grill and hot tub that were huge bonuses - and amazing friendly turtles, birds and rabbits. The beach and water were mesmerizing and the early morning rocket launches were must-sees. The host is super attentive - we had everything we could have possibly wanted. Cannot wait to get back here.

Great beach house. It’s as close as one can get to the sea. Driveway can be a bit tricky because it’s narrow. Furniture was very comfortable. We would rent this house again.

Most time was spent on the upper deck enjoying scenic views of the ocean and listening to the waves.

My husband and his 86 year old mom had an amazing stay at this property. The views are amazing. The upper deck allowed us to see for miles across the ocean and up and down the beach. Moonrise was something to look forward to every night. We saw a launch the first day we were here. What a pleasant surprise. Lisa was so quick to answer any of our questions. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. Top notch host. The home has everything, and I mean everything we needed for our week long stay. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We even had a visitor……a sea turtle. He/she came to grass in the grass twice that we know of. Such a treat. A place we will visit again. Thank you Lisa for making our stay so memorable. Lovely home.

Once again had a great stay at this house. It's perfect for my beach trip as I like to surf all day and then relax in the hot tub. I also like the secluded location of the house.

This truly was a piece of beach paradise! Being situated as it is right on the beach, it gave good privacy without compromising the beautiful views of the water, gorgeous sunrises and flowing breezes. We spent most of our time on the spacious upper deck and the porch below. To say that we enjoyed all of the amenities of this beautiful little oasis would be such an understatement. It's difficult to even put our week-long experience into words that glorify it enough! We had needed something like this for such a long time and Lisa and this place went over and above our expectations! We encourage everyone to check it out. This place is perfect in every way. It is quiet & private with easy access to the beautiful beach. The upper deck allows for amazing views while relaxing and the lower sitting area is wonderful after a day of sun. Being able to see cruise ships come and go along with rocket launches was an added bonus. The hostess was readily available to answer questions etc. Absolutely loved it and we will return for another visit! It was everything we had hoped it would be.

The property is just the right size for a couple. If you’re there for a rocket launch, it’s extra special. The hot tub was a nice addition too. Highly recommended. Lisa is very helpful and easy to work with.

The property is exactly as advertised. Very clean and cozy. We went down on the beach a few times but enjoyed the hot tub and view deck the most. The view is amazing. We are not usually the type to vacation to the same place twice, but I would definitely stay here again for this house. The town/area is clean, the people are friendly and it's easy to get to all the local places. We did the Victory Casino Cruise, deep sea fishing with Obsession Charters, went to NASA and witnessed a rocket launch. Very nice vacation.

This was the experience I had hoped for. We enjoyed the upper deck and being just steps from the beach made for an enjoyable vacation. All the amenities you need are already there. There were a couple issues beyond anyone's control and the property manager was quick to address and resolve them. If you book here, you won't be disappointed.

Awesome location, pictures on Vrbo accurately reflect property, very private even though Cocoa Beach oceanside is crowded real estate. Communication with rental group was fast and accurate. Enjoyed the week (early March) immensely.

This beautiful, private home is located directly on the oceanfront. You can see and hear the ocean all day long. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. The yard is beautiful and our dogs enjoyed sitting outside with us while we enjoyed the hot tub. The exterior upper deck, with an unobstructed ocean view, was a place to gather for our sunset happy hours after long days of remote work. The owner was very responsive. Check-in was super easy. We can't wait to return next year!

That is my attempt to describe this VRBO in as few words as possible. This 2BR and 2BA home is directly in the beach. In Cape Canaveral, the beach starts with a dune covered in sand retaining vegetation as you can see from the photos. In the hot tub or sitting down in the yard you may not see out to the sand and the ocean even though the house is literally on the beach. However, a roof deck accessible up a single flight of stairs reveals a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The Bodie feels very private as a driveway leads you to a courtyard. It has three TVs with one in the living area and one in each bedroom. There is also a comfortable hammock. Comfortable bed in master (we did not use guest room). Accommodating and attentive host.

Fantastic location, lots of light, lots of space, great communication with owner. We'll be back.

The home was spacious and clean. We loved the rooftop deck. Enjoyed many mornings up there with coffee and evenings with cocktails. It was so nice to have our own beach access. Beach toys, chairs, etc. in the laundry room. The property sits on a quiet little tucked away street. Would be a great place to stay and watch a rocket launch too. We would definitely stay again!

Situated directly on quiet beach. Cottage is well-appointed. Lovely decor inside & out. Adequate space & accommodation for 5 adults. 2nd floor balcony perfect spot for watching sunrises. A lovely, relaxing stay.

Awesome location for beach lovers! We really enjoyed this beach house for our group of 4 adults. Spent most of the week right on the property enjoying the view from the top deck. Ate most of our meals in due to COVID and had everything we needed to do so. Liked having a washer and dryer so that we could pack light. Lisa, the owner, was very quick to respond to any questions I had and we would definitely rent again if in the area. Excellent deal for a family of 4.

We enjoyed our stay and spent a lot of time on the beach in the back yard.

The house was filty kitchen plates and utensils were dirty and in short supply a/c would at random times turn off regardless of the temperature. furniture was uncomfortable.

My wife, 2 teenage daughters and I absolutely loved our stay at this property. The owner kept in email contact with us from Mid-May (when we booked), right up to the day of check-in. She sent us a short list of property rules, including closing the beachside blinds at night to protect the sea turtles. The property is right on the beach, has a tanning deck up top, and a shaded patio down below. The gas grill was brand new, or meticulously cleaned. The bedrooms each have their own A/C. No glitches in this house, everything works the way you think it should. Nice leather furniture with a recliner, love seat and sofa (5 recliners). We were greeted with a generous welcome basket. Everything was very clean and comfortable, it felt like home. We would definitely stay here again.

Private, secluded and clean. Had all the items inside the house for a comfy trip. Anything you might need - beach towels, toiletries and some random kitchen items you don’t feel like buying on vacation. The house is a little slice of heaven. Communication with owner was A+++.

When doing the star rating, I questioned whether to give 5 for accuracy of the listing. This property is so so much better than the listing. It is just an incredible house in an excellent location. It is a decent walk south to the Cocoa Beach Pier (restaurants and shop) and a similar walk north to the jetty where folks fish. But you can also watch the huge cruise ships enter and leave port every day. We were lucky enough to see a rocket launch from our balcony. Everything works well. Everything (and more) you need for supplies is there. We are seriously considering a return visit next year.

Our family of 5 fell in love with Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach and especially this beautiful private beachfront home. We live in the country so privacy is very important to us but the beach is our second home and with this rental we had all we could ask for and more. Gorgeous property that’s well maintained and just steps from the beach. My favorite spot was the second story deck over looking the ocean. Hopefully someday we will return to this new home away from home🥰

The home is even nicer is person. It was very clean and well stocked. The welcome basket was very appreciated. Especially when you've been on the road for so many hours and need a bite to eat and something to drink when you walk in the door. We enjoyed the privacy of the backyard very much. The beach was never too crowded. Unfortunately, it rained 6 out of 7 days that we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy the beach very much at all. At least we had a nice home to be stuck indoors though. We would definitely recommend this home and would return.

From our view (what a view), we had an incredibly wonderful week. The house is a gem and the attention to detail with regard to needs is just perfect. We feel very thankful to have been able to experience this house. We had planned on doing some sightseeing trips while there, but were so relaxed we didn't bother.
