This beautiful house was perfect for what we needed. It was in a quiet area, the house had absolutely everything we needed, the beds were next level comfy!! Could do with a little extra heating for the freezing Toowoomba weather but overall very happy with our stay. Will highly recommend

Quaint renovated cottage, just a couple of issues that made it not as relaxing as it should have been. Internet didn't work which meant couldn't watch main TV and the remote for that TV was broken. Milk in the fridge was out of date. The single heater wasn't really enough to heat the whole cottage in winter

Absolutely loved this property and the whole ambience. Wish if there was at least one more heater in the back living room, cause it was too cold at night. 1 bathroom was also a bit of an inconvenience with 8 people rushing to get ready in the morning. However, everything was nice and clean. Very spacious and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the stay. It is super convenient to everything we needed. Food and places to visit are all close by. Highly recommend the place. Kirsty is a great host and was super nice and answered all my concerns.

A beautiful home in a lovely street close to everything we needed. Home was well equipped (though an electric blanked may have been great 😀). Having said that, there were extra blankets available. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Such a lovely house and great location! Perfect for our 2 night stay for a wedding, comfy beds and had all the facilities we could need. Easy communication with the owners and so well priced. We'll definitely come back to stay here any time we are in Toowoomba again!

We had such a lovey stay! Home was perfect.
I love an older style home that has everything we need. Plenty of space…a huge pantry to our our food, and great cooling facilities. Love the timber floors!
Awesome space outside, with plenty of room if they kids want to run around.
The towels were such a treat! So thick and gorgeous! And our bed! The most comfortable sleep I have had in a long time.
I also loved having plenty of cupboard space for our bags. That helped keep everything neat.
Waking up and gazing out the huge bedroom window, at the glorious tree, made me smile in the mornings.
My whole family were saying how much they want to “live here”.

Great night - wish we could have stayed longer

We loved our stay and for the price point it was excellent accommodation for a family of 4. We were there over Christmas and although it was hot in Toowoomba the house stayed lovely and cool. The two living areas were great with teenage kids. Three steps down to the bathroom, and shower over bath, could be problematic for elderly guests. Kitchen had everything we needed. Recommendations would be the addition of a bbq and also a clothes horse as there is no where for wet washing to dry when it is raining outside.

The property presents well — good renovation of an old Toowoomba cottage and it is very well-equipped. Its main drawback is the distance of the (single) bathroom from the bedrooms and it is down three steps. The shower over the bath is also tricky for older folk. Probably not quite suitable for us (in our 70s) but it would be excellent for younger families.

Beautiful cottage. The jasmine growing in amongst the beautiful garden enhanced the outdoor area. The cottage itself was cosy but modern. The hosts were extremely helpful. A very pleasant stay. Thankyou.

Beds were extremely comfortable pillows (often a big concern) were great. All linens were high quality. 3 of us tried to work upstairs tv but without any instructions could not get anything inc. Tvchannels or the DVD we wanted to watch. Leaving some cooking oil and spray and some glad wrap would have been very helpful and an extra cutting board. Overall location was excellent lovely quiet neighbourhood. No insect screens so could not open windows. A couple 0f small side tables in living area for snacks/drinks would be very useful we used kitchen chairs as tables. Only 2champagne glasses!! Overall we would stay again but not when very hot or very cold.

Perfect location and perfect amount of space.
House was clean and tidy.
The only critique I have, is that the trees need a bit of a prune. So all cars can be parked in the drive way without worry of damaging the fauna.
Apart from that, it was great and just what we needed.

Cute old cottage beautifully decorated & well maintained
This lovely cottage has comfortable beds & couches, modern kitchen & plenty of spaces to relax & enjoy. Amazingly there’s even a copy of Yotam Ottolenghi’s “Simple” on the kitchen bench. Will definitely stay there again

Clean and comfortable and plenty of room. Well equipped kitchen.

Nice property, not for winter.
Lots of things broken in this house including the reverse cycle air con which we needed in 1degree temps. TV remotes broken, lamps and fans broken, exposed wires in robe, sheets with holes in them, towels that are freyed. For the amount of money paid, these things should really be upgraded.

Short Stay
We were meeting friends in Toowoomba. Rather than getting 2 motel rooms, we decided to share a house. Very spacious with separate living areas and well equipped kitchen. Close to city. Walking distance to convenience store. Highly recommend for families visiting with children. Will definitely use again. Thanks Ben.

Place was a nice house
Property was fair for its price, bathroom was a little difficult as l had my mother with me and toilet was a little difficult. Shower head may need to be cleaned and shower glass is a little short as water sprays out sometimes, other then that place was a very lovely home and owner very helpful.

It is also very central for any sightseeing in the Toowoomba district.The house is well set out for up to six guests and has all the necessary equipment for self catering. It is very clean and well maintained. I can recommend this property and would certainly consider staying again if in the Toowoomba region.
