It was the perfect place for our group of 8 to stay for a friend’s birthday celebration. Everyone couple had their own room and bathroom that felt private. The amenities were top notch and the location was close to everything. Would highly recommend this property.

Property was perfect for our group. We never had to take more than a 10 minutes Lyft to wherever we wanted to go (Broadway, Gulch, river, etc.). Clean and plenty of space for our 8 person group. Hosts were great to work with and made check-in and out very easy.

This is an incredible house! The favorite part for everyone was the rooftop in the evenings overlooking beautiful Belmont University. What a great view! There was plenty of space in the living area for eight of us and the kitchen is well equipped. Each bedroom was really comfortable and matched the high expectations we had from seeing the pictures. The garage parking with door opener was great to have, but parking on the street near the house would not have been a concern as the area feels very safe. The hosts were very easy to work with and any responses to any communications were very quick. The coffee bar is well stocked and the hosts had left some nice additional goodies for us that were well appreciated! We have already recommended the house to other friends and family and we look forward to staying here again! Oh - and our Uber from Broadway was only about $8! Great place and safe location!!

We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay! Each couple had their own master suite. The decor is simple and lovely. We loved the rooftop area and that it was just for us. Owner was very responsive. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. 10 min from Broadway.

I would highly recommend this property! When the 8 of us first started planning our Friend’s trip to Nashville we all agreed that we wanted to stay together in a VRBO but also needed our own space. This property was perfect! Each couple had their own spacious bedroom, closet and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals if we didn’t want to eat out. The living room was a great spot to gather and plan our day. We spent a little time on the roof patio in between the rain storms and exploring the city. The neighborhood was quiet and only a 5 minute ride-share away from Broadway. The owners were so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or requests.

We had a great 4 night stay. The house is perfect for 4 couples.

This home was high end, very clean, very well appointed, and each couple had their own bed and bath. Easy to get in and out. Highly recommend for a group!
