Great place and location. Minute walk to the beach and the condo itself was a perfect size.

We love staying at Canaveral Towers. We plan to make this our yearly family vacation spot. We have stayed different places along the FL coast but this place is BY FAR, our favorite! It is very clean, so quiet and family oriented

We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated condo. The location is so convenient to parking, the beach and the pool! We had an issue with the AC and the coffee pot but it was addressed very quickly. Dean and Kelsy took great care of us and it was greatly appreciated. This condo had everything you need for your stay. It was really nice having a stocked kitchen to make a few meals. It was also very nice to have beach chairs, toys and an umbrella to use. The washer and dryer made things easier too. I can’t say enough about this condo! You won’t regret staying here with your family. We hope to return next year!

The condo had a great location with steps to the ocean and the pool, especially for young children. Well decorated and well supplied with everything we needed.

We loved this property, it is pet friendly, tastefully decorated, I do believe it does have the BEST location in the building, it is PERFECT in this unprecedented circumstances since the car, the pool and the beach are steps away from the property, so minimal contact with other people. Lots of clean linens, everything worked, very clean - cannot wait to go back!

We loved our stay in Cape Canaveral. We were steps away from both the beach and a great pool. The owner was very communicative and helped immediately when there was an issue with the air conditioning unit. Overall a great stay.

Unbelievable great time had by all. You literally can have your toes in the water in 60 seconds after walking out the door of this condo.

Beautiful property and updated condo, perfect for a busy family with kids who want to play in the pool or run to the beach. Owner is exceptionally responsive and helpful.

Dean (property manager) was awesome. You can not beat the location smack dab in the middle of Jetty Park and Cocoa Beach Pier. Everything you need is within 5 minutes. Unit was spacious and more than enough for my family of 5. Walk out to beach and pool. Will be back here anytime we visit CB!

We enjoyed our stay at Canaveral Towers. The location was good the condo was quiet and we had a bonus of seeing a night rocket launch from the beach! An unexpected benefit of the corner room was two porches to choose from, depending on where the hot sun was coming from.

Adequate updated older property, lots of extension cords used to have more electrical outlets. For the most part it appeared clean, although under the beds were items and sand from other guests. The sitting area outside was in much need of a sweeping and the patio windows needed a cleaning. the area was so dark at night, not sure if this was due to the turtle season but did not make us feel very safe. The owned was very attentive to any questions or needs that we had.

I was a little bothered at first that I couldn’t see the ocean since we were on the first floor, but that later turned out to be a real blessing. Having the triple glass doors gave my children plenty of accessibility to the courtyard. That actually became an extension to the condo. The children enjoyed playing in the yard after returning from the beach, and pool. The condo itself was perfect for my family of eight. We really enjoyed the location, and the unit. It was all we could have asked for. Very thankful!

We had a great time at CT 101. The beach and ocean were so close and lots of fun. The pool was a bit cold, but still fun. The condo was all we wanted it to be. We would love to come again and stay here.

This place is quiet, very spacious and feels like you have your own space even though there is others around. Really enjoyed this house for a whole week at a decent price!! It fit 8 people comfortably. You can hear the ocean from every patio (which is off the master bedroom, guest room and living room) & not to mention it is floor level which was my favorite part about it!!!

Stayed for a week with 2 kids and 2 adults. The three bedrooms were perfect. Condo had everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again!

You will not be disappointed in this condo! It was large and spacey beautifully decorated and very clean! The convenience of having a washer and dryer in our condo while we were there for the softball World Series was priceless. The pool is large and lovely and you just a few steps from the beach. The beach was never very crowded and there was no coral rock to get scraped a cut on. My kids absolutely loved every aspect of this condo and beach. This condo happened to be on the ground level which is exactly what I wanted! It was a three bedroom six bed 2 couch condo and we shared it with another family. We both have little girls and it was extremely nice being on the ground level. All the kids were able to drag their own goodies out to the pool and out to the beach easily and there is no burden on the parents. Being on the lower level though you cannot actually see the ocean from your balcony so if you’re wanting to see the ocean you should probably stay on the upper floors. Our view however was a lovely view of the plants and sand dunes and the pool. You could also hear the ocean which was extremely relaxing of course. All in all we would be excited to stay in this exact condo again it was absolutely lovely!!

This is a beautiful property with an amazing view! I went with my parents and 4 children for a lazy beach holiday and this condo fit the bill. Oceanfront, modern, comfy (esp the beds!) and tons of linens. We will be back!

This condo was in the perfect location and beautifully renovated. The parking spot is right outside the door to the condo. The furnishings in the apartment were very nice and the value for the cost for the week was very good. There were 6 adults and a 2 year old and we lived comfortably during our stay. When we had an issue with the TVs and the owner came right over and corrected the issue. His hospitality was wonderful. In the future we will stay again.

All of us - Grandma, the 4 kids & the small beagle enjoyed our stay. Great location, loved the quick walk to the beach & the pool. Kitchen had all we needed, and the rooms were fine.
