Off season visit, and so great. It is a palatial wonder. Have stayed in the best 5 stars and this place totally wins. Super kid friendly. The breakfast is so extensive you’ll be full all day.

It would be nice if we didn’t have to pay for the gondola up the mountain every time. But honestly this place was so awesome, I want to move in.

the breakfast was good, for first timer you might be loss at where is the location of the restaurant. we went there for ski, so the location was perfect. Just a bit far off from the center of the town.

when I was staying in this hotel during Chinese new year , I felt very disappointed about the restaurant arrangement!

really bad concierge service experience ever. After booked and been confirmed for the hotel bus pick service, I wrote 3 email to book my return because i wasn't getting any response. After arriving at hotel, the staff checked with me in person that there was no reservation and no explanation of the situation. Hopefully there was still a place available.

- King Room with Mountain View room was spacious and luxurious. - Many amenity kits. - Food was great. - Some staffs are very helpful.

- No welcome drink during the check-in. - The check-in process seemed rushed. - No information about the pet policy on Booking.com. You need to search on your own. - Charge 10,000 JPY for a pet.

Facilities were great. Room was great & spacious, included a dining table which is good with small kids. Location was good too and overall convenient with walking to the day cares and ski lifts/slopes.

The staff were disorganized - from check-in, to giving advice/info about using the pool (it's free but you have to book in advance and the system was not exactly fair!), and quality of room service and the food / drinks didn't match their prices. The burger I had in the room cost 4,000 JPY, but I wouldn't give it more than 1,500~1800 JPY for it including hotel premium. Their restaurants offered nice overall ambiance, but again, the food didn't match their prices and you're really just paying for the location and labor costs probably. May I am being harsh, but at these prices, I just expected a lot better overall service and quality.

The property is brand new and very well located. The hotel design is wonderful, the room exceptional and all the hotel facilities absolutely perfect and very well managed. Friendly and attentive staff - most international team I ever seen in an hotel in Japan. the f&b offer is top quality - can’t believe the best risotto I had was actually in Olivio the Italian restaurant at the Park Hyatt Niseko. The cherry on the cake: the Pierre Herme Desserts. The concierge is super helpful and organisd a rafting session for us. Park Hyatt Niseko is not only a winter skiing destination but a wonderful summer hiking spot, must visit: lake Toya and Cape Kamui. Can’t wait to go back again for the winter experience this time.

The facilities, restaurants (Moliere Montagne), breakfast, service, activities (did rafting and tree trekking), room quality standard and the views were all perfect!

The room. The entire staff. The ski concierge. The location. At long last a true luxury ski resort property in Japan!

Pity the disconnect with nature: no opening windows; no balconies; no outdoor onsen. No control of unruly families with children running riot.
