I would stay here again!

I didn't like the room rates provided by booking.com and I will never use the website ever again. I could have saved $40/night if I had booked directly with the hotel. And after my 11 night stay I would have saved nearly $500.00 including taxes and fees.

I like the location. Close to a mall and a lot of restaurants stores and shopping.

The room was humid and bad ventilation. Not good for a family of 4.

Spacious and clean. Liked having the fridge and sink.

Room did not smell fresh, tile floor felt sticky, not many breakfast choices and the ones that should have been hot were lukewarm at best

The service staff were excellent. The facility location is outstanding. It is in the center of the shopping and dinning for Beaver Creek.

The breakfast was poor at best. Booking.com did not communicate the reservation to the hotel and I spend 20-30 minutes getting this fixed.

Great staff! Very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was like going to a restaurant. The pool is open late enough to go to dinner then have a swim with the kids. And the gym here is excellent.

I don't really have a dislike for the hotel or staff.

This property is our go-to when we stop for a night as we travel to and from the East coast. Clean, great location, comfortable beds, we feel safe, and the rooms are spacious.

It was just wonderful and I was just happy about everything.The room was clean and comfortable. I will be back again for more than two days.

breakfast had no meat and fruit was not good. pool was not working expect last night we stayed.

I got it dropped on me that there was a $100 pet fee, which is okay, but was never mentioned during booking. Then when we got to our room, there was someone else’s hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. the sinks also had a lot of scum around the faucets.

it was really nice very clean everywhere you were at. it was also pretty close to our destination where we were going to drift which was amazing!!!

there isn’t much that i can say about not liking anything on the property. it had a nice outside patio with a fire place and a grille like that’s super nice!!!

It was beautiful spacious and clean looking.

There was a strong smell of wet dog & trash in the lobby elevator & in one of our rooms. I'm assuming they were moping the floor with dirty water since there were wet floor signs out.

We like a full-length couch and the ability to pull the curtain between the couch and the bed. Staff was very nice.

There was quite a bit to do right next to your hotel.

The bedding on the pull out couch was dirty, but the front desk made it right.

rooms have kitchenette and sitting area/spacious.

limited breakfast options. when I went down at 8:30 on a weekend, almost nothing available. staff was overall not kind. preoccupied with there own things rather than making customer first. water container provided In lobby was warm every time except once had ice. liked centerville location much better. pillows had no support, bed was too soft and woke up with back ache. bathroom hardware looked stained and worn.
