Le room was smaller than expected

We asked them to separate the bed in advance and they didn’t help us. They are not flexible.

Brand new resort in walking distance to the town and beach. The rooms were clean however a bit on the small side. The breakfast was extensive and the food at the restaurant was amazing - highly recommend going there for dinner. Free parking. Recommend checking out Brisa bar in town - great drinks and food.

There's no bar at the pool to order drinks or snacks from. Some umbrellas in the pool area would also be good.

There was only one bed with shade by the pool area. Pool was very cold, even though the weather was hot. Sea was warmer than the pool so coupled with lack of shade, we did not use either at all. Disappointing., A chair in the bedroom would be most useful as nowhere to sit and a coffee table in the lounge/kitchen area would have been good as when sitting, there is nowhere to put anything ie a drink, which if weather is not great, you would not be able to use the outside table and chairs. Menu in main restaurant was quite limited. We only ate there once due to this.

Staff at breakfast very good, very affordable, nice pool.

The location for the rest of puglia was a bit too far out for us. Would next time stay about 30 mins north as the areas are busier and a lot easier to reach the main cities and beaches. The beach at the end of the road is not nice at all, and the maldive de salento beach is not as seen in photos which was the only reason we booked the hotel - appreciate that’s not the hotels fault.

Perla Saracena is a modern and new hotel. The room we stayed was big with a spacious bathroom. The two massive windows give a nice looking to the sea and to the outside area which two chairs and table to relax outside. Food in the Restaurant was amazing, and the breakfast had lot of choices. Big Thanks to Raffaele (Maitre) as he always helped us in all our needs as my wife is pregnant and has a special diet. Raffaele was very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our small chats with him. Pool area was good with nice sun beds to be relaxed.

The cleaning service between days could have been done more thoroughly. Our room was under the restaurant, and it was possible to hear the noises from the chairs moving during breakfast and dinner. This is a problem from the architecture design of the building nothing related to the personal.

Modern, new and pretty design place.

Lack of water, coffee and tea set. Monotonous breakfasts. The cleaning service should be more precise. Lack of information that the restaurant will be closed during the stay.

The hotel is very new,very nice maded,with modern swimingpool and is 10 min walk from the beach

The bathroom has no towel hangers and hair dryer. In the room we didnt have a remote control for the tv.

The kitchen is very basic, no cloths, washing up liquid, or tea towels, one bread knife.

-modern Apartment -close to the beach and roads -spacious and comfortable -Andrea was a nice host and gave us good recommendation about this area and the activity we could do and visit -very new and nice furnished interior -good and new equipments for cooking -nice and big garden on the ground floor

-cleaning could be improved a little bit -there was some black long hairs from the previous visitors on the couch and on the shower floor -otherwise it was clean
