A couple of things, the floor was sticky so were the remotes I think it might be the cleaning solution they use. House is beautiful with lots of room. This is like staying in a model home, there are no extras such as salt and pepper, spice rack etc. 1 small bar of soap between the shower and handwash sink. We went to Walmart and had to buy quit a few things just to make our stay more comfortable. As someone else said no hot pads, no complimentary creamer or sweetener. There is coffee though. The Google maps will take you to back gate, you cannot get in until you check in front gate. The security guard will give you a paper with a barcode that is supposed to scan, it didn’t work so you need to wait until someone comes out or hit the call button and the guard will let you in remotely if you flash the paper at him on the camera.There were 5 cars waiting to get in and it was midnight. We did come in the front gate Friday night and had to wait in a line of 20 cars before we could get in complex, it was backed up down the street 1/2 mile. Please keep the kitchen sink drains closed and covered while you are out. We put wet paper towels in kitchen sink to keep critters out, it’s Florida. Otherwise it was a beautiful home in a great area, with lots of room! The management company was very responsive.

Nothing about this property was worth the money spent to stay. Checking in was a hassle with having to send personal information threw email. Then we get to the house and the directions take you to the side gate in which you can not enter, so it was another 10-15 minutes to go a mile around just to get to the main entrance. It should inform you on their email they send to make sure you go to the main gate with the address provided. The first night we couldn't figure out how to turn the one set of lights off so had to sleep with them on which the light shined right into our room. The AC unit is a nest which I don't think is user friendly because it was difficult to adjust the air and get it to stay where you want. we had it set on one temp but it was like it did what it wanted regardless. During our stay the weather was not great as we had a ton of heavy rain, and I got woke up to the roof leaking. I could hear it dripping on the floor. a few other dissapointments; says its a fully equipped kitchen and they do not provide a dish towel for dishes, the coffee pot was broken where you pour it so it leaked. The couches are missing the plugs so they don't recline. My sons toy car went under the couch and my husband had to lift the couch and they most definitely do not clean under there, it was full of dust and hair and food. Then the last night they have a alarm panel by the door and it was beeping the entire night. I don't recommend!!

The house was impeccably clean when we arrived. The house was well stocked with most dishes and utensils needed to cook. The only thing missing was oven mits! The majority of the beds were very comfortable. The location was AMAZING. The house is minutes away from grocery shopping, Target, outlets, and 15 mins from Disney parks. We enjoyed some of the amenities at the resort including the playground. We would definitely stay at this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood is gated and feels really safe. There were tons of amenities. The house was very clean but we did notice a few damages such as dents in the wall and in one bathroom the towel hook was completely ripped off which left a huge hole. There were plenty of cooking utensils and even an air fryer. It is also a good location for Universal and Disney. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
