This house is amazing. Gorgeous views from the deck and main living area. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Hosts were available 24/7 and also provided helpful tips and recommendations.

This was our second visit to this property. Sue is wonderful and helpful. We love the location and the comfortable, clean property. We’ll hopefully be back!

This location right on the river is amazing.

We stayed in this property in 2020 during COVID...returned 3 years later and the place was perfect again. Created even more memories as a family. The river behind the house is beautiful. We saw elk and deer every morning and night. We want to return in the winter to see the snow! I can't say enough about Sue's communication...she is wonderful. THE BEST!

Words cannot describe this property. The house was extremely nice. Open floor plan, good size bedrooms and bathes. Perfect location to downtown Estes Park and even closer to Rocky Mountain National Park. But the view of the Big Thompson is the show stopper. And the property manager Sue, is the best I have had……

Riverbend is tastefully decorated, meticulously well kept, and fully stocked with all essentials - kitchen items, linens, toys for kids, pack n play, baby gate, high chair. The gorgeous riverfront property gave us amazing peace in the outdoors and boasted several wildlife visitors including elk and mule deer! Propert managers were fantastic to work with and so welcoming. Situated right in Estes Park close to restaurants and groceries but also only 5 minutes from RMNP entrance and welcome center. Easy walk from the house to get coffee. Really could not have been more perfect for our family! 5 stars!

We have been coming to Estes for years now and this was by far our favorite. The location was awesome with the river, plus close proximity to both RMNP and downtown. We would highly recommend (just please not towards the end of May so we can come back :-).

The home is very beautiful. Very scenic location and the view of the river is so peaceful. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment if you choose to stay in for meals. Location is very convenient for checking out town and local restaurants. Extremely close to RMNP as well. Property manager was very kind and gave wonderful recommendations for hikes and restaurants. Hard to leave but we will be back!

Easy to rent and adjust dates

Stayed here in February. Some shops were closed but that is to be expected. Many were open. Property was absolutely gorgeous and in a prime location for views and access to everything. Interior decor is immaculate and everything was provided that was needed. We will definitely be back.

This was our first mountain getaway and I must say it was amazing! It was like a winter wonderland. The cabin is cozy and luxurious. You can tell it's maintained well. It's equipped with everything you need. The town is beautiful and the people are pleasant. We can't wait to return back.

This place is outstanding! The pictures of our view for the week didn’t come close to waking up there. Impeccably clean, stocked and 3 minutes from the square. While it is close to the square, you are surrounded by trees, river and privacy. We plan to return! Thank you for a great stay!

Our family of 7 adults enjoyed a week long stay at the lovely location. It was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Management was always just a text away. They even shoveled the walkway after a good snow.

Sue was wonderful to work with from the beginning. She offered several suggestions to make the most of our time in Estes Park. Since our stay was over the Thanksgiving holiday, she suggested several alternatives for grocery shopping to avoid large crowds and limited inventory. The house was top notch and the views were beautiful! The neighbors were very friendly. Perfect location!

This was a perfect place , well maintained and had everything you need for a perfect stay.

We spent a week in this lovely house and enjoyed every minute. It was very clean. All necessities and more were provided. . Being by the Big Thompson was such a treat! Deer, elk and even an eagle were among our “visitors”. Viewing the night sky from the deck was breathtaking. Hope we can enjoy this house again one day.

We spent a long weekend here and it was just perfect. The location on the river is so peaceful and it is super convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park as well as all the shops and restaurants. The hosts were so helpful not only with house questions but also with helpful tips for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to return to this beautiful place!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. We have been coming to Estes for years, and this was by far our favorite property at which we've ever stayed. The location right by the river does not disappoint; it was so fun to walk the walking path outside with our kids in the evenings and meet fun and enjoyable neighbors. We also saw two huge herds of elk right outside our cabin during our stay and a LOT of mule deer! In addition to all of these things, we LOVE how close it is to town but yet you still feel as though you're 'out' of town. It's just perfect. And a bonus for young families - this home is stocked with so many fun toys for the little ones! Our kids had an absolute BLAST, and this mom so appreciated the family touches like having kids-sized utensils, kids' plastic colored plates and cups, and amazingly nice snap-tight tupperware containers to store food during our stay. Everything was immaculate, and the kitchen is stocked with every type of cooking utensil you could possibly need. We were so impressed by this home and will definitely be back - possibly twice next year instead of only our usual annual visit. Sue and Mark were extremely easy to get a hold of, and we so appreciate the great customer service. Thank you for sharing your home wtih us!

We loved being able to stay at this property right by the river. I feel like we could of found a better spot to stay along the river. So relaxing!

This property is clean, lovely and perfect for old and young. The river view and path was a favorite for great grandparents and for the little ones. The location is perfectly close to downtown and RMNP

Perfect location to explore RMNP and adorable town of Estes Park. The river running right outside is so lovely. Accommodation was incredibly clean, well stocked and very comfortable!

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's, and this one was my best (favorite) of all. Not only because of the amazing views, and perfect spot next to a beautiful flowing river, but because the property itself was amazing. From the cleanliness to the current technology for your entertainment and cell phone purposes. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE -- great for a good nights rest after a long hike in RMNP. The kitchen had the correct utensils and pans for a family to use when cooking at home. The Hostess was the most accommodating individual I've come across in all my experiences with VRBO. We plan to rent this property again in the future -- more Hostesses should be like this one. Worth every penny! P.S. Elk came to the house for two evening visits -- amazing experience!

The house was great for us and our two adult children. Loved having the river flowing right behind the house. The air conditioning was fantastic as it was really hot in Estes Park in mid-July. Very good communication with the property manager.

I just moved back here to Colorado after ten years in California. I loved getting to know my family better and it was so very peaceful, the kids loved the river and all the games you had there were great for the kids. Very well equipped rental. Excellent

Best place to stay in Estes!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect property for our stay in Estes Park. The proximity to both RMNP and downtown Estes was ideal. It was a nice house, clean and had beautiful views. The logistics of renting and communication couldn’t have been better. Truly enjoyed our time!

This place couldn’t have been any better. The cabin was big and in the perfect location. It is close to town but you still feel like your in the remote wilderness. I highly recommend. Also, the property manager followed up frequently. There were no issues, but it was nice to know how easily I could reach them.
