On the water! Quaint foot bridge to an inviting small boating town with great shops, restaurants and walking trails. Absolutely beautiful home; very well equipped kitchen and outdoor space. Walk right to the water for shells at low tide. Fun time even though not to many shells are whole.

The views of the harbor are supreme! And the closeness of the footbridge into town was super convenient for AM walks.

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful place, and our entire group so enjoyed everything about it! The house is so spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and the kitchen is large and well equipped with necessary items (the dishware is namebrand, matching, and plenty of it). The furniture is like new and comfortable. The deck (and furnishings on it) are awesome and have a georgeous view of the river and the huge backyard that leads down to the river, and not to mention Belfast itself across the river. The house is just a few steps from the footbridge where you can walk across the river to the cute town. Young's lobster pound is very close the house and has such a nice view while enjoying your lobster. On Saturday mornings, the United Farmers Market is nice to visit. We visited Acadia National Park and Cadillac Mountain, Bar Harbor, Bath (nice museum), and Wiscassett (best lobster roll in Maine at Red's Eats). We had excellent communication with the owners. Smooth, easy check-in with the Lockly combination lock on the front door. Hoping to stay a 3rd time at this lovely property!

This home is in a great location with a beautiful harbor view and easy walk into town. The home is comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen is great for cooking family and friend meals while being together. Just a great place.

Our family of three adult couples really enjoyed our stay here. Just over the footbridge and within walking distance from Belfast. Very spacious and clean, with a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Great deck and yard with a view of the bay. Near a major road, but surprisingly quiet. Easy access to grocery stores.

My family of four had the most amazing time at this fabulous property. We are crossing everything we can stay again. Everything was perfect!

What a relaxing stay! We come to Belfast every summer and this was the best view and the most convenient to town. Comfortable, spacious, lovely.

This house was beyond our expectations. It had everything and more you could possibly need for the perfect vacation. The location is unbeatable! My husband fished daily from the foot bridge, while others found it convenient for a quick walk to town. So many great restaurants near by, but we actually enjoyed preparing our own, with our fresh vegetables from local farmers markets. We didn't want to leave, and will definitely be returning❤️

We absolutely loved the property. The footbridge was a highlight. My granddaughter said as she entered,"What a great view". We visited Bar Harbor one of the days. It was beautiful. On one night we saw "The Great Maine Lumberjack show". It was a lovely cool week.

Instead of hosting a high school graduation party, I brought my daugther and her best friends to her favorite place--Belfast! This house was perfect for these well-mannered kids to chill out, enjoy the view and the yard and most of all, getting to walk across the bridge into town for dinner at Rollie's and ice cream and shopping. It was so relaxing for me too! The house is awesome. Highly recommend!

This is our 3rd stay in this amazing property. We come for the view and convenience we continue to re-book because the Host & the property are outstanding in every way. The Host truly cares about those who stay in their property. It's immaculate and feels like home. The furnishings are quality, comfortable and in excellent condition. There are ample dishes and cookware. The linens are fresh and crisp with extra blankets. There is plenty of room for everyone.....and did I mention the view? The convenience to Belfast? You are just a short and lovely walk across the footbridge to charming Belfast...Immersed in the view. We feel lucky to be able to stay here year after year. Thanks to the host for being so committed to maintaining their property and keeping it beautiful and comfortable. We enjoy it 100%.

This place is perfect for all ages. Our group ranged from 10-78 and everyone was able to utilized the house & location to the fullest. The home was full equipped with everything and the location was the BEST part of the whole house. Being located 3 houses from the footbridge that one could walk across and put you on the other side of the bay, was too perfect! Couldn't ask for anything better!

We loved our stay in beautiful Belfast! House was perfect for our group of 3 couples, and the view from the house is like a postcard. It was so special to be able to walk into town across the footbridge. Kitchen was well appointed and lots of comfy seating in the living room. We spent a lot of time on the deck just reading and enjoying the views. We had a bit of trouble with the keypad entry but the owners were easy to contact and helped us get set up with a good old-fashioned key.

Great location, spacious home for families and friends, kitchen equipment will meet all of your needs. It fun to walk across the bridge to get to the little town. Locals catching big fish, amazing Yachts in the harbor, wine shop, bakery, restaurants, farmers market are things we enjoyed.

This home was perfectly located on the Maine coast. It was an easy ride from Bangor, was a 35 min ride to Maine Maritime Academy, and walking distance to Belfast. It is updated, furnished to maximize comfort, and most importantly clean. There are two living spaces; one upstairs and downstairs in case you need a little separation. The view was picturesque and I would definitely stay in this home again.

This house was great. It was clean, fully supplied with lots of kitchen equipment. The location was fabulous. We walked to Belfast though it was windy and freezing, it was great to be so close. The lights at night through the incredible bank of windows was spectacular. The living space is so open it's just fun to stay there. We were there in December, so not even summer activities but a great place to gather and not feel all closed in. Loved it and would definitely stay there again.

The house was very clean and very nice. The view overlooking the bay area was incredible. Will be staying here again very soon!

We enjoyed our stay - relaxing and comfortable

I cannot begin to express how fabulous our stay was. The owners are incredibly attentive and I haven’t slept that well in years.. The mattresses are unbelievable. The house is perfect and spacious and sitting on the back deck watching the tide come in and out was cathartic. You can also walk along the waterfront and look for bits of sea glass. It’s a short walk into town across the lovely foot bridge where you can meet locals walking their dogs. It’s an amazingly dog friendly area and delightful to see them out and about. We had incredible lobster grilled cheese sandwich and a lobster roll both were gluten-free at The Nautilus. Crazy good oysters at the brewery on the water front and a really great gluten-free hamburger at the Front Street Pub. Hannafords grocery is just a short trek away too and we were able to get whatever we needed . There’s a great 4 mile trek across the foot bridge called the railway trail and it’s blissful. Perfect for a run or a leisurely walk. The town is delightful with some really great shops and restaurants. This was my first vacation since Covid and I felt like the character in the movie where Stella finally got her groove back. Priceless. Belfast is a gem! Belfast was a perfect base town for our visit to Maine, but it was even better to have a wonderful home to come back to after every adventure! The house was so comfortable and warm with an amazing view of Belfast and the harbor. Excellent lobster options very close and could bring ice cream back from Wild Cow Creamery to enjoy by an outside fire! Very quick responses from the owners when we had questions. Made 2 day trips over to Acadia from our house and found State Parks and local alpaca farms to visit closer to Belfast. Highly recommended VRBO—well done.

What a fantastic experience! Not your typical vacation rental—we felt as if we were visiting a private home. Beautiful views throughout, upscale furnishings, authentic décor, and everything was *super* clean from the bathrooms to the windows to the outdoor furniture. Spacious kitchen was magnificent—substantial island, granite countertops, room for several people in the kitchen at one time, plenty of silverware and utensils, and quality dinnerware and serving dishes. The open living room/dining room area had lots of natural light and very comfortable furnishings. The recliners in the living room were perfect for a quick snooze before dinner. We had coffee on the deck overlooking the harbor each morning, shopping and sightseeing in the afternoons, and we played games at the dining room table each evening. The bedrooms were quiet, clean and cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. Would give this home 6 stars if we could!

Thanks for a great home! We had a wonderful time! We laughed because we struggled to find anything to suggest. All we could come up with was that we could not find demitasse spoons. That is amazing we had every thing we needed and more!

We loved this house. It was perfect for our adult family of 6 adults. There was ample space to spread out for playing, relaxing, and for those of us who needed to, working. It was easy walking distance to town which made food and shopping very accessible. The deck was spacious with lovely views of the harbor and town as well as of bald eagles and hummingbirds. And the host was great - very responsive to our questions. We would definitely return on another visit to the Belfast are of Maine!

This is a fantastic place. It was clean and roomy. We loved the view of Belfast during the day and night. One of our favorite parts was the walking bridge over the water. We want to come back.

The pictures don’t do this house justice. Very nicely remodeled with a comfortable kitchen and dining area. Our family practically lived on the porch eating most of our meals there. The location is ideal with access to the harbor and footbridge. We walked to town several days and also utilized the rails to trails for runs daily (a great 5 mile loop right from the house!). We brought our paddle board and did daily paddles right from the bottom of the stairs. This house made for a fantastic vacation!

Property was a perfect location. Belfast is a wonderful community and not far from other day adventures. The house was well stocked and just as described. I would definitely recommend this property for a larger group. Really enjoyed the views and our own little beach.

This is our 2nd time staying at this gorgeous waterfront property and it proves that the magic is real. This home feels like HOME. It's beautifully appointed in every way. The owner is very kind and responsive and you feel like they are truly invested in your stay. It's 5 stars all the way for me and my family. Plus, the fact that you can access the footbridge into Belfast proper is a super duper bonus. Not only do you get to witness the view....you are able to walk over and dive into the action.

My sister, nephew, and myself stayed at this property for close to three weeks beginning May 28th, 2022. The property itself is stunning and the view that this property offers is gorgeous. We spent our mornings eating breakfast on the back patio watching the happenings on the water and our afternoons enjoying the same view(s). The views are breathtaking. The area offers many restaurants, antique stores, and close enough to things needed (grocery stores), yet far away from it all. I would highly recommend booking this location if you are looking for something in the Belfast area. We also did a day trip to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Both are easily drivable from the rental. Susan was wonderful with communication and made sure we had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay, the beautiful town of Belfast, and everything it has to offer.
