This property was perfect for our party of 8. Plenty of open space to congregate and make family memories. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The canal was a nice opportunity for the fisherman in the family to spend some of our down time from the parks. We will be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. We had plenty of space to spread out and everything that could be needed was provided. John is a great host and easy to get in touch with. He made sure all of our needs were met and we had an amazing vacation!

We felt at home staying at this property. There were plenty of dishes for our group of 7 adults, we used the grill a couple of times and cooked breakfast for our 3-night stay. Easy access to highways, groceries, and gas stations. We would definitely stay again if we came to the area again. The Host is very responsive to questions and helping out.

Location was 15 minutes from the airport. I was traveling with my parents(late 80’s) to visit my brother. The house and pool allowed us to relax and enjoy our visit. John was an excellent host!

Property and host were terrific. 5 stars each. Communicating via Vrbo was impossible however. Vrbo was to remedy this over past 2 months and never did. Had to use phone not IT offered by Vrbo. But property and host were terrific.

Our vacation was amazing and I am so glad I booked Johns home for our stay. There was not much you needed to buy yourself everything is clean and in great working condition. John is very reachable if you need him for anything. Thanks again John.

We loved everything about this home. John was a wonderful host and always easy to communicate with. If i had a question he was on it. We had no issues with anything, the house felt like our home the entire time. John even left us a welcome basket. Will recommend this house and even return to this one again.

We (4 adults and 3 kids) stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and I’m so glad we did! The location was absolutely perfect. We were in Orlando for a birthday party and needed somewhere near UCF, but most Orlando rentals are near the theme parks. Definitely didn’t want to deal with that chaos! So I was thrilled to find this house, just 8 minutes away from the party venue, and super close to a million restaurants, shopping, etc. The layout of the house couldn’t have been better. It has a split floorplan so the master bed/bath was on one side of the house, and the 3 other bedrooms and second bath were on the other side. My child-free aunt and uncle took the master, while my family stayed on the other side. This was great because my kids could stay up late and make noise without it bothering those in the master on the other side of the house. Also really liked that there were separate living and family rooms, both with super comfy sofas and TVs. Again, my kids were able to spread out in one room and watch what they wanted, while the adults could hang together in the other room with their own TV and there was no fighting with kids on what to watch. The pool was great and we were in it every day! I was specifically looking for a house with a pool so we wouldn’t have to leave for kid entertainment and I’m glad I did. John was a fantastic host. Fantastic communication and the welcome basket with snacks was a very nice touch. Will stay there again for sure!

We were in Orlando for our daughter’s college graduation. We came from PA, NJ, and CA for the occasion. The house was spotless and well-equipped, and there was even a welcome basket for us (much appreciated, John!) We enjoyed time by the pool and my husband loved sitting on the dock watching the fish. And those reclining couches are the BEST!!! If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, John, for your hospitality!!

This property has everything you would ever need and beyond. We swam, we ate BBQ, we actually caught lots fish in the canal, and that was just outside. The house itself was more than accommodating. Everything needed and more. When you first walk in there is a sign John puts out that welcomes your family home. It truly feels like your home. John also went above and beyond in a way that really made our vacation. You know what I’m talking about John. THANK YOU AGAIN JOHN!!! See you in the future.

John was incredibly helpful and even provided us with a lovely welcome gift basket. The pool area is beautiful and our kids had a blast fishing We also greatly enjoyed the extra large reclining sofas.

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We enjoyed the home and the pool very much. Great location and nicely stocked kitchen and miscellaneous toiletries were available. Super convenient to have a washer/dryer with detergent included so we didn't have to bring home dirty clothes. John's communication was quick. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood which have sidewalks. Thanks for the welcome basket. A big hit with my kids :-)

In town for my dad’s Memorial with extended family. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating and table space. The beds were comfortable, too! I’m a drink my coffee on the patio person and really enjoyed the pool area and dock and outdoor space. Thank you, John, for the welcome basket of snacks!

We stayed at John’s place for a wedding weekend in Winter Park. The home is on a quiet street but convenient to grocery, restaurants, etc. Our kids loved the pool and the couches with recliners. Easy drive into Winter Park. John was easily reached with any questions, and he left a very nice welcome basket with snacks.

We tagged along and came here for my husband‘s work trip at the Siemens training facility. The boys and I swam and relaxed until Daddy got out of class and we could explore. It was the perfect location and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. It had the most stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group came to Orlando to see a concert downtown and we ended up enjoying the rest of the weekend by the pool. House was large and in a quiet neighborhood.
