This was one of the best vrbo properties we have ever stayed at. It was very clean,lots of space for big families the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need including milk,bread eggs and juice! They left us fresh delicious pastries every morning. This location is perfect for families, we will definitely stay here again.

This property is perfectly designed for a big family. We had two grandparents, two sets of moms and dads and five kiddos ages 9 to 12. The place looked exactly the same as the pictures and was noticeably super clean when we arrived. Hosts provided milk and eggs and some homemade treats to greet us. The place came with everything you could possible need: lots of dishware, glassware, flatware, cooking utensils, crockpots, coffee pots. Towels, potholders, clean linens. Lots of family games. Very comfortable beds and furniture. In the middle of farmland, the biggest attractions for the kids were friendly cats, a dog, and a bunch of llamas! Plus a swing set next door that our kids could use. Top appliances, double oven stove, dishwasher, washer dryer. We felt very welcomed. And although we didn't meet our hosts, we felt their kindness and hospitality. One of our kids said, "It's like we're on vacation, but we live here!" Best weekend ever!

The property was perfect for our trip. It was nice to have a kitchen with a HUGE table to have dinner and breakfast. The homemade breakfast was a perfect start to the day. The kitchen was well stocked with all sorts of utensils, dishes, and snacks. This house was excellent.

More than enough room for a large family or gathering, with a very well stocked kitchen, and amazing hospitality on the part of the owner. Highly recommended!

When we read the reviews, we thought surely they must be written by friends or family. When we arrived, we were treated like family. Nathanael and Gloria's hospitality went above and beyond! The kitchen was stocked and ready with eggs, sausage, bread, fruits, snacks, and beverages. The morning deliveries of fresh baked pastries were better than imagined! Some VRBO houses are stripped down to bare basics. This house had all of the comforts of home (and then some!). From kitchen supplies to extra bedding, it was easy to find what we needed. This house was a perfect meeting place for our family to come together. We definitely plan on coming back again!

Our family stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were prompt in responding, very well organized and brought the most delicious cinnamon rolls!

The Loft was everything and more than we expected. I took my daughter and grandchildren on a short getaway, away from the hub bub of the city. When we arrived we were greeted by farm puppies and kitties which the children absolutely loved. Once we were inside it looked exactly as pictured. Extremely clean, spacious, well stocked and very welcoming. They had prepared fresh baked goods for breakfast everymorning. We had coffee, OJ, milk, sausage, eggs, in the fridge. Along with stocked cabinets with all of the neccesities of home. It was absolutely perfect.

Our family of seven with five kids ranging 7-18 had a blast staying at this well-furnished loft. This was the perfect location for us to travel back and forth between games during the basketball tournament held in Hutchinson. There was plenty of space as each kid had their own bed. We looked forward to homemade delicious breakfast delivered to our loft every morning! We also appreciated the welcoming plater of snacks and fruit. Items such as milk, butter, eggs, orange juice, water, and drinks were already stocked in the fridge; as well as pancake mix, syrup, peanut butter, spices, cooking oil and more in the pantry upon our arrival. Wow! We will definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay in this clean, lovely, and spacious loft.

We absolutely loved the Partridge Loft! It was clean, homey, and spacious. We traveled with another family, with seven boys between us, ages 6-16. There was plenty of room for all of us to live, sleep, and and play comfortably. The hosts were absolutely amazing! A full pantry and items in the fridge including pancake mix, coffee, sausage, juice, and milk, not to mention an amazing welcome tray of goodies. And saving the best for last...fresh baked goodies every morning of our stay, delivered at a time of our choice! This place was awesome! I would highly recommend, and I hope our travels bring us back to the area!

Owners were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. It was VERY clean and lots of room for our group of 12. It was out in the country but close to towns for groceries/things to do. We mostly stayed there to relax with family. We would definitely recommend this rental!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beautiful Partridge loft! We are an extended family of eight and the loft had plenty of room for us to spread out. When we arrived, we were greeted with a table of snacks and a kind note from the owner. Each morning delicious homemade baked goods were delivered to the front door. The loft was stocked with all the comforts of home. We brought our telescope and enjoyed stargazing from the driveway. We highly recommend this property to any family wanting a comfortable stay just outside of Hutchinson!

My children and grandchildren enjoyed the loft very much. Perfect for day trips to the Cosmosphere, Strataca Mine, and Yoder. Only problem is I gained 5 pounds enjoying the homemade breakfast pastries.

This home was fabulous! The open and spacious floor plan made it so easy to converse, play games, and just hang out. The location away from the hustle and bustle of town was just what we needed. The owners were incredibly generous with the snacks and food they made available for us, including delicious, warm cinnamon rolls one morning and muffins another. We would definitely stay here again!

We had to travel to Hutchinson for our sons wedding. Hotel and food for 2 nights would have gotten pricey (for 12+ people) so we rented this large cottage. It had 3 queen beds, 3 large sofas which fit the grown boys, and 3 air mattresses. It fit 12 people like a charm. We staggered showers but made it work with the 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked and easy to use. Snacks and morning treats were brought in by owners. Friendly dog and kittens outdoors which made the younger kids very happy. Overall great place.

Located outside Hutchinson, Kansas near tiny Partridge, The Loft was built with large family gatherings in mind. The "great room" is perfect for visiting, children's play, feeding large groups. The home is so well provisioned that we could have stayed for several days without even going to a grocery store! Fresh baked morning breakfast treats from Glooria were looked forward to by all. Nathaniel made us feel cared for like family. Such kind and gentle owners. The large meal that we had catered by Carolyn's Essenhaus restaurant in Arlington a few miles away was outstanding - best pies we've ever tasted. Wish we had had time to return for breakfast. If we ever return to the area we will go out of our way to stay with Nathaniel and Gloria at "The Loft".

From the time we arrived until our departure...EVERYTHING was on point. The owners of the loft, thought of everything that would be needed during our stay there...including infant bottles, infant utensils, coffee, etc. Every room had the Love of God on the walls...which was such a blessing to us as Christians. The loft was very clean, organized, and just plain full of love! We would recommend this loft highly to our family and friends! It felt like home away from home...thanks to Nathaneal and Gloria Miller for the most amazing love filled family time that couldn't be shared in a hotel. Best decision ever!! Love, The Moore Family

Nathanael and Gloria were terrific! They began communicating with me regarding the property and any bedding, food requests, etc. that we may have prior to arrival. The day of, they checked in a couple times via text to ensure we had everything that we needed. We were delighted and surprised, that non only was it a very well set up and large space to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday, but the fridge and cabinets were stocked with food to cook a breakfast. Although we did that the second morning, it was not really needed, as they brought fresh cinnamon rolls, coffee cake and other fresh baked goods. What a delight! We are already trying to come up with reasons to visit again in the future. Wonderful place and wonderful hospitality.

I cannot say enough great things about Nathanael and his place. We had 6 hunters in camp and he welcomed us with open arms and baked goods daily. It was a clean and relaxing environment and great to be able to sit in an open area and have conversations with everyone there. I highly recommend staying here.

The Loft was great. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Nathaniel and Gloria provided a variety of snacks when we checked in and delicious pastries everyday for breakfast. Slept 6 adults and 1 baby very comfortably. We would highly recommend it to anyone!

Best home away from home ever! Five star rating does not come close to expressing how much we enjoyed this property. I have a large family (12 total…my wife and I and our 10 children, boys and girls). We road tripped from Southern California to Kansas in order to attend our oldest daughter’s college graduation (Sterling College, Sterling, KS) and her wedding three days later. We needed a place where we could host several meals with extended family and friends who were coming from all over the country (25+ people total at various times). We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The Owner of this property not only provided a home away from home that greatly surpassed our expectations, but they provided 24/7 customer service that cannot be matched. The location was just what we needed. It is a quiet Kansas farm setting surrounded by beautiful fields and old growth trees. It gives you the feeling of being way out in the country, but it is only minutes from Hutchison and Wichita (for shopping, restaurants, airport etc…).The cabin/lodge had plenty of room for our large group (for those who came to dinner as well as those who stayed overnight), with all the comforts of home. There was plenty of parking for all the guests. We never ran out of towels, bedding, trash bags, you name it. The beds were extremely comfortable. The wireless internet service was excellent and more than sufficient to accommodate multiple cell phones, ipads and laptops.The kitchen was equipped to serve a large group (first place we ever stayed that had more silverware than we could use). Plenty of pots, pans, bowls, plates etc… for our group. There were other food products stocked in the home for our use that made our life easier since we did not have time to shop too much prior to arrival. The Owner provided a wonderful welcome basket of treats we all in enjoyed, and every morning they delivered homemade breakfast treats to the front door (world class pastry chef for sure). It was the perfect place to slow down and relax. Our children range from age four to 22 and they all loved the place and didn’t want to leave. I would recommend it as a central location for any of the college graduations in the area. Nathanael and Gloria are wonderful hosts. Everything is provided and so welcoming. The open floor plan was perfect for our family, kids and grandkids. Toys and books are there, even pack and play! Great towels and bedding. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Washer and dryer on site. Kitchen is well stocked with staples. We would love to stay again!

We can not say enough about how warm, wonderful, peaceful, restorative, and accommodating our stay at The Loft was. The Proprietors have created a fantastic vacation space in Central Kansas. It is clear careful thought has gone into details which offer the little amenities that make the guests' stays comfortable and with no extra care! Perhaps because it was the Holiday season, we were even treated with sumptuous baked goods and pastries from the Proprietress. As our family was gathered there for Christmas, our special time there will long remain a fond memory.

We wanted a weekend get away for our family away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The LOFT was perfect! Mid western hospitality at its best! The hosts were welcoming and spoiled us with freshly baked treats. The LOFT is perfect for a family get away, retreat, family reunion or any reason to unwind!! Thank you !

The venue worked out great for our 20 member family dinner and the added extras of morning pastries were greatly appreciated.

One of the cleanness places we have ever stayed. It is fully stocked and lacking nothing from toothpaste, qtips, fans, pillows, covers, board games, books, coffee, creamer, sugar and anything else you can think of. The owners are so nice and accommodating. We came to hunt and they brought us homemade breakfast at 4am. I wish there were more places like this, it is one of a kind.
