Mitten im Zentrum

Wir hatten über booking.com ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Als wir ankamen, sagte man uns entschuldigend, dass nur noch ein sehr kleines Zimmer frei wäre. Hatte zwar dieselbe Ausstattung, jedoch nur ca. 15 Quadratmeter (inkl. Bad). Für das Frühstück haben wir 12 Euro extra bezahlt pro Person. Es gab kaum Auswahl an Aufschnitt, keine echte Nutella, usw. Durch die schlechten Kritiken bei Google für das Restaurant haben wir uns abends nicht getraut dort zu essen und sind woanders hingegangen. Zum Bad gab es keine richtige Tür und im Bad keinerlei Ablüftungsanlage. Das Wasser im Waschbecken floss nur sehr langsam ab und unter dem Waschbecken sah es gruselig aus (siehe Fotos). Da das Zimmer "im Angebot" war, war es für eine Nacht gerade noch okay. War aber weit weg von dem was wir uns erhofft hatten.

Lokatie

Het eten was zeer slecht, zowel het restaurant als het ontbijt. Je betaald 26 euro voor een teleurstellend kip pasteitje. De bediening hoest over je eten heen en ik vraag me af of ik überhaupt schoon bestek had, zo vies zag het eruit. De hotel kamer is niet schoon gemaakt, maar ze zijn wel de kamer binnengekomen om extra toiletrollen te leveren(ze dachten blijkbaar dat we aan 2 niet genoeg zouden hebben dus kregen we er 4).

Clean and nice location. Breakfast was very good.

Staff of restaurant was not friendly. Could not have dinner anymore at 8.15 and next day at 7.30 our choice was limited to salad, burger or pizza. Everything else was not possible. Even though the menu states one can order grill till 9.30. A pity for a nice business in a nice location.

Die Küche war nicht mit Equipments ausgestattet

We enjoyed the free beverages in the mini fridge, the bed was very comfortable and the night table lights were handy and nice. The restaurant’s view was pretty. The staff was kind.

The room we stayed in wasn’t properly cleaned: loads of dust under the bed, stains on bedsheets, random splatters on walls in the bathroom (toilet and shower). The TV had handprints on it as well, very visible when lights are on. The French TV channels which were said to be available weren’t. For the restaurant, the quality was lacking (especially the waffle which was barely eatable), and the breakfast really wasn’t worth 12€ for how little choices were displayed.
