We stayed at the hotel for a whole week, everything was perfect! The room is big, clean and cozy, the beach is stunning, the food is very tasty and the staff were all great. The receptionists are welcoming, the staff in the dining room and the drinks bar are nice and professional and patient, they all gave good service, helped and made us feel at home. Food and beverage are excellent, very delicious. Wonderful beach with bar and water attractions. Hotel is clean, silent and high-served. It has personal parking.

We haven`t found serious minuses. It would be better to have bathrobes and slippers in the room.

the facility is small so everything is very close. the pool the dining room the beach.. also the food is pretty tasty for all inclusive hotel. especially the deserts!!

Big resort right next to Malia beach. The room was huge and very comfy. The waiters of the beach bar very nice. Delicious pizza - at the level of best pizza restaurants. A plus also the free waffle bar.

There was variety of food but it was not very tasty. Lack of nuts, chips, etc. in all inclusive. Spider webs below the furniture in the room. Lack of animation (quiz, magic shows, dancing, etc.).

The best thing about this hotel was its restaurant: great variety of high-quality food, lovely presentation, Covid measures that made it relatively safe; it felt like a proper restaurant, not a mid-range hotel buffet. The beach is also really close to the main hotel buildings and is well maintained, with facilities such as bars and water sports nearby. The location of the hotel in general is very convenient, about half an hour drive from the airport, with shops, bars and medical facilities nearby.

Pretty much every interaction we had with the reception and reservation team staff was a disaster. They erroneously cancelled our booking, confirmed a free late check-out by "pressing the wrong button", didn't inform us about the need to recharge our room keys on the last day, gave us wrong information about booking Covid tests at a nearby medical centre, and one day after a heavy rain promised to change the beach towels within an hour - which it took over 5 hours and 3 calls to reception to get done. To be fair, all issues were sorted out favourably in the end, but it involved multiple calls, repeated trips to reception, a lot of waiting around and even more wasted nerves on our part, which for a relatively short holiday was far from ideal. The room also left much to be desired. We booked a Superior Double Room, which, according to the information on Booking.com, was supposed to have 1 single bed and 1 large double bed; ours only had 1 double bed and it wasn't all that large. The bathroom was also nothing like the modern ones in the photos - our shower was above a hole in the floor behind a little curtain right next to the toilet. Although the bedding was changed regularly, in the week that we spent there the room wasn't cleaned properly even once.

Very big choice of dishes for breakfast, eggs and pancakes station, fruits and yogurt, salads and snacks. Excellent location right on the beach with a nice restaurant and bar on sea side. Amazing staff starting from the front office to the bar/ restaurant and beach area. Soultana and Giorgos from the Client/Sales relations did their best to make our holidays as enjoyable as possible. Specials thanks to the sea bar & beach staff for great coffee, drinks and always a great mood!

I would suggest to create a smokers and non-smokers area on the beach :)

A very nice hotel. We were lucky to get a family suite room located at the end of the building, and we've been enjoying a quiet and shady area in front of our door. All inclusive guests can benefit from reserved sunbeds and umbrella on the beach.

There are 3 pools but all rather small. Absolutely no entertainment. Quite a limited choice of foods.

We are so close to the beach and the food is amazing. It was the first time I took all inclusive and definitely worth it ! Everyday different food and so good

The perfect resort directly on the beach. Friendly staff, nice and very clean room. Nice served buffet with big variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Really important due to Covid-19, you can see all the actions that the hotel is taking to keep facilities, staff and clients safe and healthy. Highly recommended.
