My family of 8 enjoyed staying in this wonderful log cabin. We had plenty of room for everyone. The house has plenty of towels and basic necessities. I especially enjoyed the faint smell of the wood of the cabin. It's hard to explain but I found to be very cozy and lovely. The yard is very private being the corner lot. It is a good size yard and my kids enjoyed exploring it. Right behind the house, up on the hill is the road that gets you to this subdivision. It's mostly quiet during the day but can be a little noisy in the mornings. The house has central heat but only window units for the cooling. We were here during the hottest week of the year (so far), the temperatures were in mid 90s. The two air-conditioner units will keep the house cool but the unit upstairs is very loud, so we couldn't use it at night and it got very hot. On the other hand, some people prefer sleeping with a constant white noise. Overall, it didn't spoil our stay, just an FYI. It is an authentic cabin and this is what I was looking for and expected some quirks. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed the home and especially the front porch. So quit and relaxing in the evening. For our family, we could have used a little different bedroom layout but it all worked. The home is in a very beautiful setting and you can walk down to the river which s very nice.

Very cozy cabin with great access to everything. Downtown a couple miles. Nature walks right around the corner. Hosts were incredibly responsive.

Besides being able to spend 4 days visiting with my sister, her husband, her son, grandson & other family members, My grown children & their families enjoyed hiking to Hanging Lake, exploring Maroon Bells, the caves & amusement park. Some of them also climbed with Bonnie to the cross where parasailing was. Vaudeville Review was a lot of fun.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The landscaping is beautiful, and our grandchildren had a great time exploring the area! The cabin is very clean and well stocked. Plenty of room to visit, play games, watch tv or just relax on the front or back porch. Close to shopping and activities. Would definitely stay again!

Great placed which is tucked away nicely for privacy, but still super close to town. Place was clean, well equipped, owners were accommodating and responsive.

The cabin was a wonderful escape for our two families for the holidays. From the ample space for five teenagers to spread out, to the spacious kitchen, to the hot tub and air hockey table, to the holiday decorations, this was a great home base to experience a snowy winter holiday vacation with family and friends. Close to skiing, hot springs, and the Glenwood Adventure Park and Caverns, the location was perfect to launch our daily adventures from. Thank you for sharing this gem with us and would highly recommend this for any mid-sized group to truly enjoy the beauty of a Colorado winter.

This property is lovely in every sense of the word. It’s decorated like a cabin in Colorado should be and felt so homey and comfortable—truly like you’re staying in the home of a good friend. It’s convenient to many activities in Glenwood Springs and had everything we needed for a great weekend.

Very nice place to stay. It’s close to town but doesn’t feel like it. Location near the river is gorgeous. Great setup for a weekend away with friends. Very clean with attentive pleasant owners.

My friends and I had a wonderful time during our visit to Glenwood Springs. This VRBO is beautifully decorated and has an outstanding location. The grounds around the home are spacious and include a hot tub and firepit. (We were also very impressed with the friendliness of the neighbors.)

Everything about our weekend getaway at this house was amazing. Beautiful property, very clean, and had everything we needed. We even talked about making this our annual weekend getaway cabin. The kids all had a blast and all we just loved building so many great memories. Would definitely recommend staying here. The host was very helpful and super responsive.

The location was great. Close to trails, River, and town. Cabin was clean and well maintained. A great spot for families to vacation. Love Glenwood Springs.

This cabin was one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed at. It was everything we expected and more! Beautiful, clean, comfortable, roomy cabin with all the necessities needed in every room. The property was well maintained inside and out. The location was beautiful...wonderful porches, yard, firepit and hot tub. A deer casually strolled thru the back yard and we enjoyed watching the birds in the bird nests above the garage every morning. Thank you for an amazing stay!! It was wonderful!

This property is beautiful. It is tucked into the side of a hill with a very private back yard. The landscaping is well done and made it such a great place to cook out, have dinner and just chill into the evening. The cabin is well stocked with everything we needed. Overall great stay!

this was a very good setup for my family, we had plenty of room and space to accommodate my family of eleven, the children loved the open space for playing, it was close to all the activities that we experienced, secluded and easy access to the river walking path. Overall it was a wonderful getaway for the family.

This place was perfect for 8 adults. Golf trip to a couple local courses. Close to town and the golf. Place was clean. Enough room for all 8 of us. I'd book it again if the need arises.

This was the BEST VRBO I have ever stayed at. The house and everything in it were top notch. The grounds were beyond amazing with such a peaceful feel. The kitchen is complete with plenty of dishes, mixing/serving bowls, spices and modern gas range. Definitely an inviting home to return to.
