My sister and I, together with our families (five adults and two children) spent two weeks in this wonderful house. It has everything you need and the location is perfect! We really enjoyed the pool area and having breakfast down by the boat dock. Would love to come back someday and I can really recommend this rental for anyone looking for a house in this area.

Overall our stay was enjoyable except for all the rain we had on the first day. We had ample room for the 8 of us. We did take our boat & were able to put it on the lift on the property. We visited the Wicked Dolphin rum distillery during our stay & made use of the boat to snorkel & swim in the Gulf of Mexico. All in all, the week went by quickly. I would recommend this property to others.

It started with the view walking through the front door to the infinity pool and continuing on to the lake. Everything was as expected. The house was in great shape compared to all the damage we saw from Ian. The pool area was our go-to area everyday, all day. The fishing off the dock was good too. Beautiful balcony on the 2nd floor still inside the Lanai so late Nate’s with no bugs.

What a perfect home for our family get-away! Walking into the front door said it all .... the view is absolutely spectacular. Great location, close to everything we could possibly need. The home was equipped with everything we needed. Our grandson enjoyed the fishing poles in the garage, and granddaughter used every single pool toy also in the garage for us. Ricarda, owner, and Bruno and Mary, Property Mgmt, were all very responsive to our needs. Thank you for an absolutely beautiful stay for our family. We will tell all of our friends about this little slice of heaven we found.

Pool screen missing. Had excessive bug bites all over everyone. Lack of towels. No landlord communication. One bedroom had a leak in the ceiling. They had a bowl on the ground to collect water unsanitary. Critters in the attic. Small bedrooms. Would not recommend. Seasons traveler.

Air flow wasn’t great in all rooms, master was huge but very warm- all beds extremely hard. May be good for some… over all the only complaint in our 8 person group was the stiffness of the beds and some rooms cool and others were very warm

Stayed for only a few days - the house is very nice and spacious. Should also say very clean and furnishings are nice. My kids loves the tv room couches. Everything you need is within a few miles drive The neighborhood is nice for walking Would stay again

We had such a great week! The house had an absolutely beautiful view! The pool was incredible. The only thing we did not love was the barking dogs right next door but I know that is out of your control. This house is very family friendly and provides almost everything you could need. We had tons of kid pool toys, pool floats and fishing poles. The managers were great at communicating along with the home owner Ricarda! Thanks so much for letting us use your home.

We loved our stay at this house in Cape Coral. The house was perfectly laid out for all that stayed, large kitchen, and living room area. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the pool and spa. The view with the palm trees next the the pool was priceless. Communication with the owner and property manager were great, especially in light of post hurricane clean-up. We would absolutely rent this place again, thanks for sharing it with us!

First time Thanksgiving holiday in Fla. House was ideal for our family of 8, plus had family visit during the day. ideal location to be able to put kayaks in the lake right from the back of the house, kitchen fully equipped for cooking. First time staying in a residential location instead of the beach. We like it better less tourist and less traffic. close to great restaurants and grocery stores. Could find ourselves booking this house in this location again in the future. Owen very responsive to emails, Property managers worked to fix issues as soon as they could.

The home is very nice and spacious. The pool and hot tub were clean as well as the patio area. I would highly recommend it for vacationing families.

The property is well maintained and clean. All appliances were in good working condition. The pool area is great for both children and adults. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view of the lake from the house. Will book again!

Everything was just as pictured but better in person. Mary and Bruno the property managers were great! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Lovely home and amazing location. The view from the pool is so relaxing. Overall the home had some minor repairs needed from wear and tear but very clean and comfortable. Equipped kitchen and extra pool towels were a plus. This was for a girls trip and these four girls haven’t all been together in so long. This was the perfect place to catch up. I would recommend.

We had a group of ladies from Iowa come down in search for fun and sun. The house is lovely. Close to shopping. Very well equipped with everything you need. Lovely furnishings very comfortable.,

We had a wonderful stay-this villa is nicely located on one of the Eight Lakes and the view off the pool deck can't be beat. The house is comfortable for families. A few updates/TLC items may be needed but they do not take away from the stay. We did have an issue with the pool that needed to be addressed, but both the property management and owner were very responsive.

Nice home beautiful view, little warm in couple of room and it could use a TLC. But overall if I could book for next year I would.

We had the best 10 days at this property with our sons and their families. The size and layout gave everyone a place to escape and a place for all of us to gather together. We ate all our meals by the pool with the intercoastal waters in the backdrop which made for a beautiful setting. We loved having our boat docked at this location. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub and we did a lot of beach hopping from Naples to Sanibel. Pickleball at the park was also a hit. Hope to return next year!

Extremely nice, beautiful location.

We would have rated this higher had it not been for the pool issues. For the first 4 days of our stay, the pool would not heat up. We had no way of notifying anyone the first two days and the issue was not attended to the second two days. The property manager has no understanding of how the pool works and had to rely on a pool company who then still didn’t fix the overall issue. We chose this rental purely because of the pool and it was basically unusable our entire stay! We were disappointed with how the issue was addressed and not fixed by the property manager. Overall the property was nice but does need some TLC!

We had a great time. The house has a beautiful view. Impressed the moment we walked in.

Felt that property needed some care and updates. The lawn care needed tended to. The curb appeal could be updated. Better front outside lights. Home was very clean, nice pool. We were glad we we were all together in one home. Perfect for six people. That was clean and had amenities that were perfect for us. The location was everything we expected. Good location.

When we arrived the cleaner was still there when we arrived. I feel like the cleaner felt rushed because we were there because the master bathroom and kitchen were sandy and not swept. Also part of the upstairs balcony was being repaired and we couldn’t use that balcony. A/C was not very cool either we had to run fans during the night. Other than those few things the house with the view were amazing. The pool and spa were huge hits with my grands and they stayed in the pool most of the time. We had a relaxing time and would recommend this property.

We had a time here. The house was everything we needed. Beautiful view from both patios and the pool was great. Went to several beaches in the area, but Fort Meyers was our favorite. We will stay again. Thanks.

The location and the water were very nice. The view was great and one morning there were dolphins and a manatee in the lake. There was plenty of space for our large group. We had a problem with a leaking ceiling in one of the bedrooms when it rained. Luckily it only rained one day, but one of the bedrooms was leaking on the floor and on the bed. We had to move the furniture. We tried to use the grill on the last night but there was no gas. It took a couple of days to figure out how the pool worked but the kids enjoyed the pool very much.

This property sets the bar very high in all categories: ie; size, amenities, location, etc. We enjoyed a 2 week family celebration of 4 siblings and spouses finally entering our retirement years. Our expectations were met or exceeded.We thoroughly enjoyed the lake view from the lanai every morning while enjoying coffee or bloody mary's. The heated pool and hot tub were utilized every day and evening. We grilled surf and turf, had a shrimp boil, ordered food in from the Lobster Lady, enjoyed evenings in the lanai having cocktails, chatting or playing games. Catch and release fishing from the dock was fun. We even saw dolphins and a mantee come into the lake. We rented a tritoon for a week and cruised the lakes and canals, boated to the Boat House Tiki Bar, Rumrunners and Sanibel Island. This home has everything that you need for a wonderful adult or family vacation. Hats off to Ricarda for sharing his property and to the property manager Bruno for his great communication. If and when our schedules allow us to return to Cape Coral for a repeat family vacation, this property is #1 on our list.

This property was overall very beautiful. The pool was amazing as were the sunsets. It was a very quiet neighborhood. Very relaxing vacation.

This house has been our second rental in the Cape Coral area. This home is absolutely beautiful and the location is great. I enjoyed the sunrise every morning. My sons and husband did a lot of fishing off the dock and the kids enjoyed kayaks that we rented for the week. My grand children became fish and never wanted to get out of the pool. Great location and property near Fort Myers. The house, pool, and dock were great and the process was easy. Everything worked well and there were plenty of supplies.
