Fabulous location, the staff are very friendly, great advice on restaurants, I would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was quite poor with highly processed food. No alimentary fibers, foods high in simple sugars, industrial-red meated cold cuts, freeze-dried ananas and orange juices and white bread.

It was very cold in the room!. I also got a cold because of this. It really ruined my vacation. The first evening, when I felt how cold it was, I went to the reception to ask them to turn up the heat and I received a great answer: "The temperature in the room cannot be turned up because that is what the law" says. "It was given this year a law requiring that in winter the temperature should not be higher than 19° C, and in summer it should not be lower than 25° C". In addition to this statement, he calmly tells me: "Put on thicker clothes!" The point is that this law exists, but it is only for public entities, not for private ones. And, as far as I know, hotels are private entities. As a result, this whole matter is only for the economy of the owner's pocket.

We had a nice view from our room. Hotel is in good location surrounded by mountains. They gave us reservation and discount for QC Therme. My wife liked temperature in the room. For me it was too hot.

Breakfast could be better. There was just one sort of cheese, no warm meal (eggs, sausages, etc.). Quite a lot of light pink color everywhere.

Very kind reception and help with anything we might need, they stored our racing bikes in a closed garage.
