The only good thing there is sauna and a nice lady who looks after it.

The main thing is that the hotel are in reality 2 different properties: a new modern one and an old fashioned grandma style. They make a fortune by selling you that grandma bedrooms at a price of a 4 star hotel, which I guess they have got thanks to a new part. But for that you get rooms from 70s. There are no lights on a low sealing. Rushlights are on the wall don't help. Moreover, our room on the first floor was partly underground, with windows looking our to the parked cars, so that you see people just in front your windows. Outside just near the room there was an engine or smth that produced a lot of noise all day and night. The bathroom has no shower, just a narrow bath. That is nonsense fo 2 bedrooms and 4 ppl. If you need to take a shower you have to sit in a bath, hold the shower head with your hand, then you will have to clean the floor, it gets completely wet. The bathroom has no hangers for towels! Towels (8pcs) are kept on a small chair. There is no shampoo, just soap. There is no Do not disturb sign) and if by any reason you decided to stay in your room be ready for a guy knocking on it and opening your door 5 seconds after, he will repeat it after some time. After him some lady will do the same bringing you cola and water for a minibar (old fridge with a yellow broken door). Restaurant is another story. They are trying to keep it in order by designating you same table through your all stay, but some guests are moved (like we were) several times. It looks extra important for them even if the restaurant is already empty. On the last day of our stay they moved a lady from the table she sat to another one that was DIRTY, although half of the restaurant was already empty and most of the people left. Last 2 days some of the food ran out and nobody seemed to hurry up bringing it. Choosing the dinner meals, the waiter told us we can't have both soup and main dish even for money! but our friends could have 3 meals with no problem.

The sauna they offer is not a "sauna". One square meter, if any. The back is fried, the legs are cold. I can't even name this kind of porn.
