Rooms were clean. The hospitality from the staff was great. Great breakfast. Spa area was great.

Breakfast was made of very good quality products. Good variety and super gentile personal. Room is in typical alpine style. Big and cosy. The family is super kind and gentile. I had to face with a serious personal problem, they reacted with promptness and kindness. I felt big empathy from them. Thank you sooo much. I’ll be back!

Asked about locations to recharge our vehicle. With the reception we were given a printed list of recharge stations near the hotel. A great additional service that exceeded our expectations.

We loved the food, particularly excellent grand dinner on Thursday, but also on all other days. There was a small smack and drinks also in the afternoon. Spa area was nice, with different saunas.

The Mater Dei is a perfectly-managed hotel with a great attention to detail. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and communicate in English. The hotel has all the facilities one needs for a perfect skiing holiday, except a pool. Rooms are not spacious but spotlessly clean and pleasant, overlooking the mountains, beds comfortable. Fantastic food in terms of product quality and taste, but much too much :), like the 14-course dinner on New Year's Eve! I wanted to hug the chef who made desserts. Breakfast with a lot of choice, real coffee, real scrambled eggs, freshly squeezed juice... Foreign guests are well informed about things. Great location in a quiet area yet close to the village centre. Spacious parking lot. Hotel van takes you to the slopes. Greetings to Michele - the good soul of the hotel.
