it was a great location, it has gym option which is a great gym.

The only thing I really look for in a room is that it's clean, safe, and comfortable. It takes a lot for me to be so dissatisfied that I'll leave a place early and go somewhere else but that's what happened here. I left and asked for a refund for the remaining days. - The room had not been cleaned before. There was a clump of hair on the floor. Food crumbs on the desk. After requesting cleaning. More hair was found elsewhere. I had the feeling the sheets were not changed but cannot prove this. - After the second night, the Hotel told me I had to change to another room. I didn't fully understand why but it seemed to be for some renovation purposes. This was a big inconvenience as I had already unpacked my bags (since I was planning to stay for 1 week). No concessions or compliments or apologies were offered. - I was told it was the exact same type of room but it was smaller (1st room was a triple, 2nd was a double - I had only paid for a double so this is not a major issue, just inaccurate information from the front desk). - The sheets were too small for the beds and constantly came un-tucked. I needed to wake up several times in the night to fix the sheet so not to be sleeping on the mattress, which is unhygienic. - There was no "ironing facility" in the room as listed in the description. To iron my clothes, I was not permitted to take the iron and board to my room, instead, I was told to bring my clothes downstairs and directed to a staff utility room at the back of the hotel. - The A/C was excessively noisy. It sounded like an engine in the room making it very difficult to sleep with A/C comfortably. - "Free Toiletries" = 2 bars of hand soap - No Radio, Alarm Clock, - as listed in the description.

the staff was very helpful and polite. also, the covid regulations were respected at the breakfast area (individual prongs for picking food etc)
