The location was fantastic

This property is fairly new and our room was large and well appointed. It faced the canal with a beautiful view. The staff was terrific and you can get breakfast there.

Bathroom was disappointing but shower had good pressure and was hot, bedroom was rather dated in comparison to rest of hotel. TV didn’t work even with the two remotes in the room however staff gave us free breakfast both days as it couldn’t be fixed which was nice. Avoidable problem however and for the price everything should be perfect

right in the middle of the city Centre so we walked pretty much everywhere.

Was a very clean room The staff were absolutely charming with every interaction The Location was wonderful I enjoy rivers and had a river-view room which was a lovely bonus.

I could hear everything happening on the street across the river from the property, which considering I requested quiet was a massive spoiling of a otherwise lovely stay. Maybe invest in double glazing or something. The Mattress on my bed was very stiff but I may be over sensitive on that due to some back issues I have.

Great location, parking on site and hotel gave us ground floor room as one guest had mobility issues. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
