Durante mi estadía en Cancún, tuve el placer de hospedarme en un hotel verdaderamente excepcional. La experiencia culinaria fue uno de los aspectos más destacados, con una variedad de restaurantes que deleitaron todos mis sentidos. El restaurante italiano ofreció platos auténticos y sabrosos, mientras que el restaurante mexicano proporcionó una explosión de sabores tradicionales que encantaron mi paladar. El restaurante internacional no se quedó atrás, presentando una diversidad de platos deliciosos de varias partes del mundo.Además de la gastronomía, la playa del hotel era simplemente espectacular, con arenas blancas y aguas cristalinas que crearon un escenario perfecto para relajarse y apreciar la belleza natural de Cancún. La ubicación del hotel también fue un gran diferencial, ya que estaba rodeado de excelentes centros comerciales, ofreciendo una variedad de tiendas para todos los gustos. Para aquellos que disfrutan de la vida nocturna, había muchos restaurantes y lugares animados en las cercanías, haciendo de cada noche una nueva aventura. En resumen, mi experiencia en este hotel en Cancún fue inolvidable y lo recomiendo a todos los que buscan una combinación perfecta de confort, buena comida y entretenimiento.

No me gustó el precio de los taxis. Es una región donde los taxis cobran de manera excesiva incluso en distancias cortas. Sin embargo, existe la opción de autobuses que es altamente recomendable, ya que son cómodos y seguros.

La comida, mal preparada, en especial las pastas. La puerta de la ducha (regadera) estaba defectuosa. En vez de cambiarnos de habitación tuvimos que esperar un día para que fuera reparada. Muchas escaleras en el hotel y no hay facilidades para personas con movilidad reducida.

We booked Suite Ocean Front Premium Level. I liked the size of the suite, a decent bedroom and a huge living room with a balcony. The views are amazing, watched the sunrise a few times. With this premium room, we got an access to an exclusive air-conditioned lounge with international drinks, espresso machine, and appetizers, which was super nice. Also, we got check-in separately at this place, with a concierge. The food at the buffets was good. From the three alacart restaurants, we liked the food at the Mexican one the most. The servers were excellent everywhere. The drinks were fine. The beach was clean, the pools were alright. Plenty of chairs everywhere, but no umbrellas at the beach, just palms shade. We loved Michael Jackson show at the theater and the Circus. The staff was super friendly all the time. I tried the relaxing massage and I loved it.

The concierge Daniela told us to expect a welcome gift in our suite, but it never came. We asked her about it, and still, she didn't do anything about it. The whole property needs a renovation here and there. The food at the buffets was alright, but a little repetitive. The drinks were watery. No umbrellas on the beach.

First, I have to admit this is the very first "all-inclusive" I've stayed in, so my expectations were probably down to earth. That said, for me the nine days I stayed there were absolutely amazing. There are so many things to do every day, and as we went also to excursions and a water park, we actually didn't even manage to see every show and didn't manage to do every activity. As a huge Michael Jackson fan - I loved the show, and the Argentian MJ did a fine job. Private check-in and staff were always helpful and friendly. The room had a view of the Caribbean Sea - it was absolutely amazing. I suggest taking a room with a balcony to be able to dry the swimsuit in the sun for the next day. I loved that the all-inclusive people had this special room where one could get snacks and beverages at all times. hotel has shops where You can buy souvenirs or swimwear if needed. There's also an ATM, pharmacy and possibility to book some excursions with a travel agency.

The Italian restaurant "Trattoria" is kinda "meh". I can accept that there is actually nothing Italian about the food, but the overseer of the restaurant does always a poor job of letting people in. Lines were forming every evening, although people had to book this at an exact time, so, there shouldn't be any lines at all. The "Trattoria" staff was so slow, that the last evening we decided not to even go there, because there were many people before us (although we had a reservation). As I mentioned we stayed nine days, but, to be fair, after a week food gets a bit boring. So, if somebody is looking for a place to stay more than a week, probably an option with more restaurants is for You.

Pouca variedade de comidas, impossivel agendar a ida aos restaurantes para jantar. Arrumavam o quarto periodicamente. Demioravam muito para repor o frigobar do quarto
