Location is beautiful. The hotel room, ocean view, and balcony is beautiful. We Enjoyed the activities. We Enjoyed the food.

If i called hotel valet, bell person, if they can arrange a taxi pick up from wherever I am at, so I can feel safe returning back to hotel.

Restaurantes insuficientes y personal muy contrastante, hostess poco atentas en los restaurantes y gerentes muy atentos y serviciales.

Zimmer ausgezeichnet gestaltet, komfortabel und stylish. Der Ausblick ist gut, das Personal freundlich.

Die öffentlichen Bereiche inklusive Pool strotzen vor Kompromiss durch die in Dir Länge gezogene Lage. In Summe bleibt ein Schalter Geschmack

From the moment I’ve arrived, the hospitality was beyond my expectations. I was greeted and my belongings were brought to my room. i literally didn’t have to lift a finger when it came to my luggage. they valet parked my car. The room was very cozy. I love how every room has a balcony and overlooks the ocean. They have two pools. there’s a main big one, and then a smaller one ( i used the smaller one for my son) & they have a well designed kids water park. it was sooooo much fun. they have many varieties of food and i never reserved any restaurants. i can walk in and still was able to be seated and served. times i didn’t feel like dining in room service was so quick. under 30mins!!!!! this is a very relaxing hotel. very calm quiet away from all the noise. the spa was 10/10. overall i enjoyed my stay and i would love to come back.

Facilities were great. Room was really nice with the plunge pool. The spa and the Japanese Hibachi was our highlight. The Preference Lounge was great The coffee shop was a fantastic daily visit after dinner

Not much to do for a 13year old. The beach was not very good. The so called fancy restaurants food was not good, but understand that this is the quality for all inclusive The senior night manager who was on duty when we checked out started all very nice when we had a problem and when he did not get his way became very rude, threatening and walked away from me aggressively and unapologetic. I was very surprised as throughout our stay the staff were very good. we were mostly helped by Carla and Francisco in the Preference Lounge and they went out of there way to assist us, getting us golf t-off times at late notice and a table at the Hibachi when it was booked out.

It’s beautiful, the service they provide it’s amazing
