it was near beach, pool is okay and so are the mattresses of the bedrooms

they charged me over thousand pesos extra than the amount that was booked for, at the restaurant I was waiting for over 15 minutes and no one reached to take our order or even give us a menu, service was kinda bad also parking lot at hotel is quite small, you have to go across the street (where cars doesn’t slow down at all) to park your car (they do offer valet)

The only good this is the pool. But the service is expensive. The staff is welcoming tho.

The rooms need work done, it needs to be more clean.

Horrible experience all the way around from rude staff to dirty and dangerous (wires with tape in restroom). Stay away.

there was poop on the men’s restroom floor, we let the staff know and 30 minutes went by and it was still there. the ceiling light fell on my brother and hit him pretty hard on the head. I had my 7 year old daughter who took a shower minutes before I can just imagine what would’ve happened if it would’ve fallen on my daughters head. to top it off staff was not helpful with the way they handled the situation. Sarahi front desk clerk laughed when we told her it fell on his head. that is terrible terrible experience, price isn’t so cheap for an experience like this!!!! do not recommend no wonder the rating isn’t even 4 stars!

Location is amazing. Beautiful beachside and pool. Rooms are large and comfortable. Food at the restaurant is of very good quality.

Unfortunately major renovations are underway on about 1/4 of the property, so the hotel was very noisy with power tools and hammering going on every day from about 8am until 7pm. And this construction created a great amount of dust in the air and on the floors. Due to this construction, some of the corridors were closed, so getting to my room required taking a complicated route that is typically used only by hotel staff, and required carrying suitcases up and down a number of small staircases.

we got the old rooms, room was flooded when we got there from AC and safe was broken.. looked like an old beat up room. Hair dryer holder broke, Mirror broke and was just beat up

I really believe that it needs to be renovated, the pool and the rooms need a little more help , other than that we like staying here it is our second time , I do recommend it.

It wasn't clean at all missing bathroom door a lamp wasn't working the beds to small the drinks were terrible and expensive and I got the worse room next to the ones under remodeling lost of noise without warning.

1st the lobby restroom did have hand soap, 2nd day told the staff member and till the day I left they never provided some- room shower was with a bunch of hair , left the facility and it was still there, was making a coffee and a cockroach pass by, the sink was always with hair, they didn’t sweatpants the room, didn’t change take out the pouch of coffee out of the coffee machine- the water temperature of the jacuzzi was warm I ask they didn’t do nothing about it, just one side of the jacuzzi work - never coming back- will tell all my friends relatives not to go there

I might say that the rooms are clean. Then, ONLY AT THE RESTAURANT: the breakfast buffet is very good, the staff, service and atmosphere there is pleasant.

To start with, do not trust the photos published of the hotel. they are all photoshopped. Besides, if you are searching for a room where to relax, this is not the place. they have all kind of extremely noisy private events from mid afternoon to late night (all week long) and there is not place to hide from the uncontrable decibeles produced. Also the maintenance of the place is behind its needs and the staff is not responsive, not following up claims. We had to wait more than half an hour to get our room door opened to let us in, as the battery of the lock stopped working. Then they told us that it will be repaired asap while we were at the pool and… 3 hours later it remained the same, making us to loose more time of our short holiday while the staff figured out how to change a battery. I have never given such a bad opinion, but believe me, the administration has to fic a lot of issues to make it comfortable to stay.

Location was amazing! The beach is steps away from the property and everything is so close by.

The rooms and the staff were not the best. We had issues with our first room which had a huge water leak. They told us there were no more rooms available so we had to wait for them to clean it up. We waited over an hour just for them to tell us there actually is a different room they can move us to. Two nights later, the AC unit from that room started leaking water, too, at 1am. Such a mess.

Cleanliness was important to staff. They were always attentive to anything we needed in our rooms.

The furniture was old, some of the drawers were unusable due to them falling off the rails when opened.
