Me gustó el jardín, la cafetería restaurante. Los camareros muy amables

No me gustó que se oye mucho todo, de una habitación a otra. Que haya que pedir en recepción los kirs dentales y productos porque en la habitación no hay. En el gimnasio había una gotera y me mojó mientras hacía ejercicios.

Das Ambiente, das Spa sowie das Frühstück und der kleine nette Balkon. Alle waren freundlich.

Fällt mir nichts ein. Vielleicht ein wenig abseits. Andererseits war es dort ruhig mit tollem Garten.

Todo bien con el Hotel.

Desde el primer momento, tanto por teléfono como de manera presencial, han sido muy amables y me han ayudado con un os cambios de última hora. Muy disponibles, amables... La habitación con la terraza que entraba el solecito por la mañana y todo muy limpio (y muy buen olor). El único día que tuvimos un poco de problema para aparcar fue el sábado (a 5min del hotel, sin ningún problema). Es resto de días muy bien (al lado del castillo prácticamente y andando hacia el paseo y la zona vieja 20min, un paseo agradable). Hay otra opción de cafetería cerquita para desayunar por si no apetece el hotel (aunque la chica de la cafetería del hotel es muy amable, lo recomiendo)

Tuve que hacer un cambio de última hora de cambio de habitación, y en comparación con dos semanas antes, me ha subido mucho el precio (de una doble).. Pero teniendo en cuenta el cambio a última hora por motivos ajenos, fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron a resolverlo (ya que prácticamente estaba el hotel completo en esas fechas de enero)

It’s quite expensive for a 3 star hotel so far from the centre and our room was quite smelly even though we tried to air it out every day. The breakfast is very average

The staff were very helpful. The receptionist went out of his way to help fix the zip on my luggage when it broke. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. I loved the pool area.

Hotel is one big scam. VERY DIRTY . STAFF ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE THERE JUST TO PASS THEIR SHIFT. WE BOOKED A TAXI AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL US. WHEN WE WERE AT THE RECEPTION THEY TOLD US TAXI IS ALREADY GONE ... NEVER GO THERE EVEN IF THE STAY IS FREE.

Adults only is amazing and the pool was fantastic. For us the location was perfect as a young couple but if you were older you would need to taxi to town which should cost you 11euro or less. Great value massage 100% recommend. Book the private spa! The private spa was so underrated we got the best time every night because Noone else was using it, Use it!

The staff were a bit cold because we are not spanish. They warmed up over our stay but even so they did not make us feel especially welcome. Buying additional services like the massge the staff made me feel like it was a hassel instead of making us feel welcome and appreciated.

The hotel provides enough to cover just the basic needs but ensures everything it provides is to a great standard.

The beds were hard. The first two nights we managed well, but the third was difficult. The shower was terrible with very, very little pressure. The bath towels were very small. The staff member we had at reception was not very helpful when asked for recommendations. The double bed was not a double bed, it was two twins.

It is a hotel with a past and a heart. It is very beautifully decorated, the room was big and comfortable, the garden was beautiful, the dinner delicious and very affordable, the pool refreshing, the staff friendly and accommodating.

The classic design inspires a 70’s movie environment, amazing.

I found the front desk service not very friendly except for the nice young blond lady I asked for directions to get to downtown Palma on Sunday morning and found the person not very accommodating. I also was told not to lay on the grass at the pool because I will destroy the grass...very strange I've been lying on grass all my life and have never ruined any grass...anyway over all I liked the place

Peaceful setting, beautiful gardens and decor. Lovely garden terrace. Enjoyed listening to the pianist over dinner and the cheese and fig salad was one of the best salads I’ve ever had!

Absolutely everything was lovely! The room was clean, the decor was charming, the staff was very, very helpful. The food was delicious and not overpriced - good, interesting options for lunch and a vast availability of products for breakfast. There’s so much more to the hotel than meets the eye - there’s also a gym, great pool area and free towels to use, spa and much more! Every guest was very calm and friendly. The location in close to the center and the port, but very calm. There was air conditioning in the room that worked great. I will come back for sure!

The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so I could hear my neighbors talking. But it wasn’t a problem, because everybody was very respectful.

The only negative was there was construction work during the day on apartments across the road so there was drilling noise for a couple of hours

The restaurant facilities were great for all meals.

When we checked in the rooms hadn’t been allocated - even though he booking was a month old. It felt awkward and problematic. This meant different style rooms at other ends of the hotel. This feels like the hotel reaction to Booking.com
