Very dated property, breakfast very basic, felt like a cheap hostel

Hotel tres bien placé, au centre de tous les quartiers. Le lobby est tres agreable et typique de Grenade avec sa fontaine interieure. Petit dejeuner correct mais sans plus.

Climatisation bruyante

Just by the city center , if drive there, need to be very careful , not easy to get exact point , too many one way and too many limited roads only for bus and taxi . Parking is not easy to find , make sure hotel , and late arrival , no park lot available. You need find another which is 2 km away

Très bien situé ; à proximité de tout (centre ville, arrêt de bus, parking, monuments, etc...). Petit déjeuner varié, à volonté et léger ou copieux selon le désir de chacun. Chambre petite mais propre et bien aménagée. Parking à tarif préférentiel. ENFIN, le principal : super personnel, polyglotte, très disponible, très accueillant et de très bons conseils.

Serait-il possible d'ajouter une ou deux dosettes de café avec les sachets de thé proposés dans la chambre ... car tout le monde n'aime pas le thé :)

The staff were amazing! Having 24hr reception was great, we arrived very early in the morning and were able to have our room early which was incredible

‘terrace’ for the room was barely a balcony, bathrooms were up to date and the lobby area was beautiful, but the rooms felt a little outdated.

Staff were superb, couldn't have been more helpful. Location superb. Valet car parking a breeze.

Wonderful hotel overlooked by too many guidebooks (they were full anyway). Warm and caring staff unmatched for friendliness, including great restaurant suggestions. Excellent location centered in historic core. Room spacious and splendid.

Breakfast could have been better with wider selection.

Good front desk service, friendly, very helpful and available. Room made every day. Bed, pillows very comfy, nice renovated bathroom, big tub with lots of hot water to have a bath. Was cold in Granada so really enjoyed it.

impossible to find! driving downtown Granada is NOT fun and extremely stressful. It took us 2 hours driving around to find it. I was in tears by the end of it.

Extremely well located (everything is reachable by walk but also by any transport available down the street)

The instructions to reach the Hotel by car are so confusing. Really. And in reality, that is finally quite simple to get there arriving by Gran Via de Colón street. Just make sure you share your plate number with the hotel - they will register it beforehand to traffic police because you will have to use Bus lanes and wrong sides to reach the Hotel.
