Rezervasyon yaparken tüm alanlarda internet olduğu yazmasına karşın bizim odamızda internet yoktu. (Personeller bu sorunu çözmeye çalıştı ancak yapacak birşey olmadığını söylediler ama benim birinci önceliğim internet) Bu durum benim için hayal kırıklığı oldu. (Booking sayfasındaki internetin tüm tesiste olduğu ifadesini değiştirip insanların yanlış seçenekle uğraşmasının önüne geçilmiş olur) İnternet yüzünden vaktimizi holde geçirmek zorunda kaldık. Odanın değiştirilmesini talep ettiğimizde de bu kabul görmedi. Odanın manzarası da yoktu. Kahvaltı da seçenekler azdı.

The location was very good, close to shops and main attractions. The hotel felt very safe and comfortable - as did the room. It was spotlessly clean and spacious, and aircon was great addition during the nearly 40 degrees Celsius daily heat. I would definitely stay again!
Otherwise everything was perfect, but a few basic items were missing that I feel should be on every hotel room: waste bin (in addition to the small one in the bathroom) and a kettle.

The location was excellent and the room was lovely. Staff were always welcoming and helpful. The water in the lobby was delicious.
We found there was often only decaf coffee available. It would have been very helpful if there was a little fridge in the room.

Very central, modern and clean
Room to the inner courtyard instead of the street is very easy to see in. Glass Toilet and shower concept is not comfortable...they are in the middle of the room not giving any privacy.

The location is fantastic - close to great eateries, well serviced by buses and very central. The staff are warm and welcoming as was the first impression. Lovely, comfortable and clean rooms. Highly recommend Hotel Parraga 7.

Excellent location, close to most resort in the city
No toothpaste or tissue provided in the room, no little bin in the room but a tiny one in bathroom, the bed is very narrow for sleeping

Could be improved by having a safe and kettle in the room. But they have kettle and drinks facilities in the patio which is excellent

Rooms were small but cute, beds were comfortable. The location was great. There was no parking on-site, but plenty nearby at a reasonable cost.
The bathroom set-up was a bit odd, with quasi see-through doors separating the toilet from the rest of the room, and the shower sort of in the room itself, with no real door. There was not much privacy. It was ok for my husband and me, but might be awkward if one is sharing with someone one does not know well or is not intimate with.

Reasonably priced hotel on a great location in the city with secured parking near the hotel, pleasant atmosphere, very nicely decorated, clean room with a separate entrance hall, view of a quiet street from the balcony, comfortable beds, very good and very nicely served breakfast with the option of serving it in the room or in the cozy hotel lobby.

At our arrival there was a little confusion/delay with check-in, as our booking was not seen before our arrival, also in the morning we had the same with breakfast, however in the end all was ok - room and breakfast received.

the room is very cold even without the AC turned ON. not sure if there’s a centralised heater in the room but it was very chilly at night.

wireless internet in our room 21 did not work for 3 days out of our 7 night stay. The hotel did move us to a different room and gave us a bottle of Cava as compensation.

Very stylish building and room. The location was very central but the room was quiet as we were not facing the road. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very well decorated. Very clean! 24 hour reception and bag storage was very useful. Very good water pressure. Easy to walk to all the major sights and many restaurants and bars nearby. Opposite a cafe for breakfast or tea. Overall very positive.
