Fantastic location Great room (huge bed) with street view but quiet when the windows were closed Staff were very friendly, knowledgable and attentive Bar on the roof terrace is fabulous

The location and some of the staff was nice and helpful specially Ms Claudia thank you Claudia and the gentleman who was with here when we check in and I am sorry I don’t have had name

The room was very small and the breakfast was limited choices and the restaurant in the rooftop only have two choices of the food and they don’t put water in the room in the evening because they don’t have service in the evening thanks

location was excellent and the room spacious and well equipped.

Spa closed. poor advise from receptionist on departure, car parking is in public car park and we were told to turn left on exiting, turned out to be the wrong way on a very tight one way street! unbelievable!

Beautiful hotel and close to everything. It's like 5 minutes from the train station in a bus. Close to places to eat and to the cathedral. Nice staff

The hotel is located centrally and is essentially very near the cathedral and the food market - so everything is in easy walking distance. The staff at the front counter were very helpful and accommodating with dinner and sightseeing recommendations. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. So high quality hotel in a central location.

The bathroom set up had a series of glass doors that were had to navigate but in reality a very minor whinge.

I have rarely experienced such a friendly, helpful and accommodating team in a hotel. The room was great but the team was exceptional. If I come back to Granada, this is the only hotel I will stay at. Gracias!

right in centre of town , perfect location , staff at front counter very obliging rooftop terrace amazing views

room was a little small for 2 large suitcases very noisy out front with all nighttime people screaming roof top terrace very slow to serve beverages
