One of the best hotels I ever stayed. A wonderful combination of tradition, luxury. great location, professional and attentive staff and great charm. The location is very good and takin taxis through grab was easy and cheap. We used the pool, staff, restaurant and bar and they were all of the highest quality.

Good location and historic building.

The breakfast was terrible. The hotel does not offer a full breakfast buffet that you expect from a 5 star hotel, particularly a Raffles hotel. Guests must order from a menu - the food tastes bad - and manage with a small buffet inside. This is clearly a cost-cutting measure and does not impress.

If anytime in Cambodia, Raffles Hotel Le Royal is the place! Outstanding heritage architecture, outstanding staff, outstanding room and facilities, exceptional views in any direction, impeccable cleanliness and 24-hour organisation to keep you feel at home, satisfied and blissful. Locationwise, it is in the heart of Phnom Penh, yet in the safest possible area (very close - walking distance - to the US Embassy). Sightseeing and moving around the city can be flawlessly handled and suggested by extremely polite and smiling knowledgeable personnel. Yet, The Royal Palce, The National Museum, and other sites of interest are within walking distance, if one would prefer that! Restaurant, Bar, Pool Bar (there are two swimming pools), and room service provide first-class food and beverages. Ask anything, they have it!

Hotel in una struttura bellissima, doppia piscina, posizione comoda per visitare la città. Lo staff è stato sempre gentilissimo e il concierge è un signore elegante che ci ha aiutato anche a trovare uno scooter in affitto, bravissimo e attento. Tutti molto premurosi.

La camera era un po’ piccola e la porta del bagno a persiana non permette privacy.

Everything about this place was fabulous! The team really looked after us and were always there with a smile and a kind greeting. The breakfast even remembered what we had to drink. The property itself is in a great location and the facilities are some of the best we have ever stayed in. The pool is gorgeous and the bar is absolutely brilliant - along with the team. Thanks Tomas, Jason and the rest of the team for taking care of us! The best!

Architectural and historical gem, perfectly located with all modern features.

Considering the hotel standing, the breakfast (which is a mix between buffet and à la carte options) should be clearly improved, also in terms of service responsiveness.
