Will not stay there again.

Breakfast was okay.

Staff don’t speak latvian or English, just Russian . We stayed for 8 days and they didn’t clean rooms and don’t change towels. They only gave us clean towels on request … the same goes about the toiletries.

Cheaper than most options but definitely not cheap enough to justify the low quality

It was fairly clean.

It was FAIRLY clean, the breakfast was terrible (stale bread, no coffee, old cheese, no milk, few options), staff spoke little English, we ran out of toilet paper and asked for more and we were given napkins (???), room service changed sheets but not the covers.

The owners must be honest as the hotel was chosen because of spa and nothing was there. the receptionists kept saying st

no spa available (even though advertised), unreliable Wi-Fi, awful stairs: if you have a suitcase, nobody will help you with that and you will have to carry it upstairs yourself), very far from the centre

We didn’t feel welcomed here

It is okey

We drove from Lithuania with husband for short stay for work. The pictures of place are really old. In our room was no kettle no hairdryer not even bin for rubbish. Seems like they don’t think about comfort of guests. Staff could be more nicer and welcoming. No explanation about parking where to park or what so ever. When we were already parked came lady and not in the nicest way told to repark the car. Not sure if stuff really talks fluently latvian and english.

Pictures were taken maby 20 years ago, because there were nothing even close to the pictures on the booking. Somebody crashed in our car in the parking spot and the personal didnt even help to find out. I dont recomend to go anyone there!

The Bat visit at night was too much!

I got unexpected guests through the open window I dint realized before the bat visited on me at middle of the night.

Breakfast wasn't tasty that all, breakfast room was unclean.
