Newly refurbished area, felt a bit like Bali. But it is a huge complex with beautiful refurbishment all along. Breakfast options were plenty. Very family friendly with big pool, and kiddy pool with warm water as well. Hotel transfer from high speed train station was swift, efficient and friendly. Lots of nice restaurants across the street from the hotel.

Some parts of the hotel felt rundown and "cheap" - does not translate to the hefty price we pay for the rooms. Food quality is very low considering the price we paid (again). All in all, I felt this hotel is a bit too expensive for the price they are quoting..

The wife said the breakfast was ok, but she thinks, compared to Padma Bandung, you need to up your game for the price we paid for the stay. I don't eat breakfast. Pool was quite nice and clean. Kids activities were decent, with things to do for our daughter (archery, rabbit petting. horses arts and crafts..etc).. The Chinese restaurant was quite nice and service was excellent. Appreciated the transport from the Whoosh! station to the hotel.

MAJOR problem I have with the room and facilities. The bathroom floors are VERY slick when wet. The same goes with the lockerroom in the jacuzzi space. I actually slipped and fell on the floor in the locker room because the floor is so slick when wet. It needs a textured surface with anti-slip. It was a painful fall with some muscle damage to my shoulder, but should heal up. But the next person may not be so fortunate. Also, we had a balcony with no outdoor chairs or table. So unless we brought the indoor chairs out, we couldn't enjoy the view or have coffee.. That's substandard. Had we known this we would have opted for non-balcony room. Also, the room should have a larger, business friendly table, rather than a couple of wobbly round end tables. I couldn't set up my laptop to conduct business on what was provided.

very near to kcic and waterworld. they offer free shuttle for now. new hotel. breakfast was fab. room quite spacious.

Check in location, ada 2 lokasi check in yg kami sbg pengunjung pasti gak tau yg mana, jadi kalau bisa tempat check in 1 aja atau manapun bisa terima check in,, jangan kami sudah sampe dalam kondisi cape terus disuruh pindah lokasi check in

Everything in the hotel, it was so enjoyable, all facilities and children friendly

Maybe just a bit, the detail of the room, late check in waiting some time. But its not too serious

The room and bed were so comfortable and clean. Amenities all good. Breakfast was so good; the pool and kids pool were fantastic. That fresh juice you provided during breakfast was an excellent extra touch that other hotels mostly don't have.

You can still hear people outside of your room, in the hall while they are walking and talking.

The exceptional pool area was the highlight. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable.

One room has a sewer smell and another room doesn't have a working phone.
