Mattresses kept inching away from one another leaving a gap in the middle of the bed..

large room with all amenities, free parking, 24 h check in ( not normal in his region) and superb breakfast

The breakfast and evening meals were lovely with great service too. We didn't use any of the wellness facilities as we were just travelling through.

Only a minor point, but the coat hangers were plastic and were not strong enough for our motorbike jackets. Wooden ones would have been better.

Breakfast was one of the best I had. Suite was spacious and clean and comfortable. Overall very nice stay (I used same hotel few years back).

excellent as usual - the apartment suite is very spacy and has all amenitites you need. Super plus is the excellent breakfast and the parking in front of the house

For selecting the TV programmes we needed some support - was not working and easy to make - but the receptionist solved it

All the staff are friendly and accommodating, the room is in good size and the bed is comfortable. Very good selection of food in breakfast and dinner. Let me thanks the staff for letting our group having our New year party in the big room, looking forward for the next visit.

It’s almost perfect, only the extra payment for Sauna for a Wellness Hotel, it would be more nice if it’s already included in the room rate.

Was very sorry to learn upon arrivai that massages were all booked up. The service in the restaurant was not quite up to my expectations, apparently the personnel was new… As it was a rainy weekend I wiped my feet and my dogs paws on a towel before entering the room to keep the carpet clean. Checking out the manager followed me out of the hotel shaking the towel above his head and shaming me for leaving a dirty towel behind!, (although I paid a 60€ fee for the dog being in the room)! Not worthy of a 4 star hotel !

We came for a long weekend. The hotel advertised a stay in a room overlooking "a beautiful garden". Unfortunately, we were given a room with a small window overlooking the flat roof of the building with air conditioning units that came on periodically. It was not possible to change the room at reception, although many guests had not yet arrived in the early afternoon and many rooms were certainly vacant. The attendant told us that our room was "kind of unhappy". The location of the hotel is very good, beautiful countryside nearby, possibility of trips on foot or by bike. The cuisine is very good, the service friendly, unfortunately no food can be ordered after 9pm. It is possible to take your dog with you. The hotel has a inner swimming pool, gym, outside you can swim in the natural pool, which was great. There is a large car park in front of the hotel, which somewhat spoils the impression of the surrounding countryside. The restaurant lounge is used for weddings and probably corporate parties, which many guests may find a bit distracting. In our opinion, the hotel should not have four stars.

The hotel is situated very close to the village with wine cellars and the Podyji National Park, Znojmo City only 30 min by local bus (ca every two hours). Thus, it is a good starting point for tourists as well as for tasting nice local wines. Free indoor swimming pool is perfect for refreshment after a hot summer day. Good food in restaurant, quite rich breakfast (I would prefer more wholemeal bakery products), comfortable beds, available A/C, window mosquito nets...

The minibar in our room does not work (it is likely not very tasty to drink warm white wine), but we did not complain this issue (we usually tasted local wines outside). The hotel is close to the main road, so cars can disturb you at night or in the early morning if you haven't closed windows. Room cleaning service was not perfect as you may except from 4-stars hotel.
