Check in time is 2 PM and check out time is 11 AM. Breakfast was the worst i ever had. Bathrooms are not up to the mark. Not value for money.

i was denied break fast by the arrogant staff of HHI . MY age 68 and had travelled more tan 20 countries but never denied breafast any where , THE PERSON WITH SPECTS WAS HORRIBLE

Everything except the AC not functioning and having to call the technician twice at night . Calling a technician to the room in the middle of the n night for a poorly functioning AC was uncomfortable.

I did not have breakfast as the hotel served veg and non veg.

The room furniture was very old. Bedsheets had dirt and blood stains. Cleanliness was very poor. Bathroom was dirty. Room appearance was not worth the value for money.

Service was extremely poor. Manager was extremely rude. Cleanliness was very poor. Not at all worth for money. Nothing deserves any appreciation. Manager should be immediately sacked. Management, service, cleanliness, etc. Everything should be revamped.
