Theres is a kitchnette but you can not use it because even water cups r not available. They are bullying you for 1000 dirhams deposit for kitchnate items !! Unnecessary decor steps in the middle of room making it difficult to move and dangerous to childirin. My ground room was an excellent view to a nearby bussiness building!

Room was the most disgusting I have ever seen in my life. Hygene is extremely bad with mold everywhere and personnel refusing to aknowledge the situation. After complaining multiple times to the reception they clearly said that there was nothing doable for us as the cleaning lady confirmed that the room was in order even after showing the photos. Manager claimed that this is normal situation. They should be investigated for hygene issues.

Hotel was close to my office.

The gym needs a few mats for sit ups. There is space and wifh a few extra touches that wouldnt cost much it would be very nice. Pool deck needs some work.

The rooms are very spacious. The food in the restaurant is really good. And the staff from the restaurant are really nice. And they provided a cot for my baby. The pool area is really pleasant.

The rooms were extremely dirty. No cleaning at all. We walked in the room barefoot for 5 minutes and our feet were black with dirt. We found food behind the toilet. The towels were really dirty as well. We asked for a change and they came the same. I went with family, we rented 5 rooms and they all had the same problem. Some of them had mold. Please improve your cleaning. The staff from reception is really rude and not helpful, they just look at you while you struggle with your bags. And it’s understaffed. Location is far from city center. Hotel is close to the airport.

No water offered in the room, just one bottle of water in the first day

The receptionist was like racist and gave a room that is not the same as per described in booking site and not matching the photo and size and the room was in highway where sleeping was impossible. Than I wen back to him and beg for other room.. and I waiting for an hour for him to change it .. and when he do.. he has no option but only to give me the same room as it is in booking.. The situation greatly affected my evaluation of the hotel, as I felt insulted to beg for something I had paid for It.
