The Annwin apartment suited my needs, down the ground! Lovely 2 bedroom place with sitting and dinning areas inside. But, it is the patio, courtyard and plunge pool that makes this place so special. Smashing to sit and read, sunbathe, relax. On top of that our host, John was incredibly helpful and kind.

Property is large and was so much more than we expected. It's a traditional property, so if you're after ultra-modern it won't be for you but there's everything you could need. A little off the main track but this made it very peaceful and is in a very safe location. Hosts, John & Pat, were fantastic and couldn't be more welcoming and helpful; even providing a flying fish breakfast one morning which was yummy! All in all this is a marvellous property to stay at with owners that couldn't be better.

The property was spacious and clean. The area was private but also in a good location. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The facilities in the property were very good

The property was situated at the top of the road so there was a little walk from the main road to the property

Our second visit to Annwin, this 2 bedroom apartment offers home from home accommodation including a garden with a small pool in a quiet residential area close to /5 -10 minutes walk from Paynes Bay beach. The hosts John and Pat are simply amazing ! They cant do enough for you and are warm and super helpful. We cant thank them enough for their help and generosity when our flight was cancelled last minute this visit.

The pool and terrace area are great and the apartment is very spacious.

The interior is a little dated but nothing too put us off staying again

Ideal location , John and Pat are warm fantastic hosts always on hand with local knowledge and advice when needed, Pats fish was delightful! Home from home accommodation.

Family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a great time in the apartment during quarantine as it had more than enough space both in the garden and internally. Everything we needed was there, so if it wasn't there, it probably wasn't essential. Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Everything was just perfect..... John & Ann were the most amazing hosts Even delivering Buck’s Fizz & rum cake on Christmas Day Nothing was too much trouble Shopping for us beforehand & during our stay We felt like guests rather than paying customers
