L'emplacement de l'appartement est juste idéal, à coté des maisons de Gaudi et non loin de la Sagrada. Les petits commerces et les restaurants juste en bas. un arrêt de bus nous permettais d'aller directement à port Vell et jusqu'à la cathédrale.

La réception est par contre assez loin de l'appartement nous ne pensions pas être aussi éloignée de l'appartement. Il faut compter une vingtaine de minutes en bus.

very central location. Parked the car at Saba parking and secured a price for few days at the booth. We almost did everything walking and also public transport near. Nice clean appartment. Is as described. Kitchen could be better stocked. Asked for a frying pan and had one the next day. Very good customer service.

we to go to a different location first to pick up the keys and then travel to the place they asked me to write down my credit card details including the CVV even though I had already paid, and after I questioned it they said it not really necessary barely had enough toiletries (toilet paper and towels)

Center of the city. Very convinient place. You can reach many famous place by foot. There is a nice cafe nearby. We went there for the breakfast every morning.

We need to visit thier office which is bit away from the apartment. We got free taxi from the airport to the apartment, which was provided from the booking.com, but I need to take a subway to get the key. It doesn't make sence.

Staff is friendly, location is easy to find, room is well equipped.

We had to go to a location to pick up the key and then go to the property, this is inconvenience.

The coffee capsules they left us were not the right ones for the coffee machine, was a bit annoying

Good location

Apartment does not meet the luxury standard as advertised. Should have better linen( bath towels are worn out and torn) Mugs with chipped edges. Leaky and moldy shower. Broken elevator at the check in day-we have to walk with a luggage to 5th floor. Keys pick up location is very far from the apartment.

I couldn't let delivery or friends in from the apartment because intercom does not work, and in fact it never has having in mind different periods I've stayed here.

The fact that I have to go to the headquarters to pick up the card for access to the room There is an ant problem; I stepped on some food while out the night before, woke up the next morning with ants all over my shoes. Bought 3 packets of crisps that I didn't finish, left it on the kitchen top, went out to meet friends and came back to the kitchen top COVERED in ants. The toilet flush gets stuck when you use it and doesn't stop flushing so you have to keep pressing until it gets unstuck The lack of security or reception area means ANYONE can just come into the building The booking was for one person, so I don't understand why the sofa bed was already set up, and I didn't need it set up, didn't know how to fold it up The walls of the shower were not clean, had some yellowish thing stuck on the wall. The shower drain doesn't drain fast enough, and seeps out of the shower Hair on the bed

The reception personel. Recieved one toilet paper for 4 days. When I kindly ask for one more, i was said I should go and buy for myself. It is obviously not a big price, but their attitude was rather strange.

Location, design, tranquility, clean

Neighbors (group of noisy guys), dusty empty balcony. No towels in the kitchen, no microwave no carpets (not much cozy). Fragrance in the bathroom was strong and not pleasure (just my opinion). Cheap television and better to hung it up for safety of babys.
