Staff were amazing and so helpful. Breakfast was prepared every morning at the time you request and it was delicious! We enjoyed the privacy the villa provided and loved the pool. There are lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance, and we also ordered grabfood delivered to our villa which was easy to do so. The alleys were dark at night but a flashlight is provided at the villa and we felt safe walking there at night. There is also a security guard at the entrance so we never had a concern for our safety. Overall, we loved our stay and would be happy to come back next time.

Some of the facilities look a bit weathered so can consider upgrading some things.

The property was very close to everything in Seminyak, it was big and the main room across from the other 2 we loved. My son loved the big pool as well.

Excellent breakfasts prepared for us by the villa butler. Secluded and private. Great service. Exceptionally well designed and decorated villa. Great maintenance. And so clean. Car and driver to drive us to Ubud.

Pity there was no lunch or dinner available. However the butler was always happy to order in for us.

Very well-maintained, with plenty of space in the middle of Seminyak. We want to thank everyone, especially Pak Ardita and Pak Putu, for their hospitality.

The noise level, although this is to be expected given the villas' location and construction activities nearby.

This stay exceeded my expectation!! The place was absolutely beautiful! It was cozy I felt extremely safe, a huge parking spot for my car which is uncommon for most of the villas here. Bu Ayu was amazing, made delicious breakfast and took care of all of us gracefully! She is the sweetest and made our stay even more enjoyable. I ordered massages and it was great. 10/10 recommend. Location is everything, 5min walk to nearby shops and restaurants and the infamous lafavela. Would stay here again. Thank you Bu Ayu for everything!

The lane heading to this property is small with no clear signage so some drivers missed the lane. Adding a more visible signage might help

The villa was perfectly located near both the beach and restaurants but was tucked away and was incredibly peaceful. Perfect for relaxing by the pool.

Service of staff as everyone is very helpful and friendly. The location which is very convienient and easily accessible.

The toilet floor tiles which is slippery can be quite dangerous. Pillows are bit too soft. Lights should be brighter. Can consider changing to a stronger fan.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hevea Villas. The villa was clean and spacious, there was everything we needed - nice big pool with a fountain, shower, bathtub, clean water everyday, comfortable bed... The villas arranged also our pick up from the airport and offered a big selection of trips. We went for two day trips with Adi, the driver, and we enjoyed it very much. He was very polite and explained to us a lot about Bali and the culture. We also enjoyed very much our mornings with our personal butler Suci. She made us delicious breakfast every morning and her fried rice is just awesome. She also told us a lot about Bali and helped us to arrange everything we needed. She even made some towel animals for us and flower petals in the bathtub. It was super nice. Vila was always very clean. Location is also very close to the main street with nice bars and restaurants, but villa is very private and separated feom the noise of the street. We would definitelly come again! Naozaj odporúčame všetkým, ktorí prídu na Bali :)

Very comfortable villa, with excellent location and facilities. The villa staff is friendly and agile, especially the personal butler Bli Ketut who prepared breakfast and served our every need. What a pleasant experience during 4 short holidays in Bali

Breakfast was prepared by the butler in the villa. There was a choice of an American or Indonesian breakfast. Although, there wasn’t much variety, you could supplement what they had and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

There was a power shortage once but it wasn’t too long before everything was back to normal. Perhaps better to have washing machines on the premises rather than expensive laundry services which charged by the piece of clothing. But having a laundromat in close proximity to the villas was not bad

Breakfast was excellent, the butler - Mbok Ayu - was super nice & friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Location was also great, close to the center of Seminyak where lots of shops and restaurants are. Easy access, indeed!

Need to rent a motorbike or car to get full benefit as property is down a private alleyway. Not too far but would have been annoying to walk
