The old man was frindly and asks many times if i want to eat. The family was nice. I am in love with the view.

The bathroom's door cannot close and broken. There was not any dust in the room but it was not clean. The way to the home was difficult so i had to park the car (small car) about 200m away from the house and we decided to walk up to the home. Not all the way to home was asphalted. Toilet flush doesn't work.

We had a wonderful time at Mtirala House :) The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, the view is stunning, and the food is delicious. We even ended up at a supra on our last night at the house. We stayed in the room with the balcony, which is connected to the house. The room was great and very comfortable, but next time we’ll definitely choose the room with the terrace. It’s a brand new building on the property and you can see how much love and care they’ve put into building it. They’re truly doing something special at Mtirala House, and I can’t wait to see how it grows from here :)

Beautiful views, nature, comfortable room, tasty food, Georgian hospitality, friendly atmosphere

The wooden house is fantastic. The views are incredible. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed every second of it. The hosts are super nice and made sure we had everything for a comfortable stay. If you love nature this is the place for you.

Mamia family is very welcoming and organised all our stay (visit of national park, way back to Batumi..). Food is delicious, homemade and with local products from the farm ! Merci Beaucoup !

friendly team and amazing local food

The host family is very nice and friendly and our apartment included not only bedroom but living room with a small kitchen and a balcony with a great view. The neighborhood is very picturesque and they have a couple of restaurants in the village which are open during the warm season.

It was a bit cold in the rooms but we were given heaters that have helped to get warmer. We were there in January so I'm sure you won't meet that problem in any other season)

The owner of the place was amazing! He prepared us a dinner and breakfast every day of our stay. All the products there home made or grown in his own farm. Of course he always suggested his home made chacha (be very very careful with that 😂), and wine. Mead, vegetables, cheese, white bread etc. Everything was home made and amazingly tasty! Also the neighbour of the owner can drive You to Mtirali National Park, wait there and bring back for 50 lari only

This beautiful gem is situated close to Batumi. We entered the country by car and wanted to stay in the nature but still close to Batumi. It was such a great experience. The host are a typical georgian family, very hospitable and kind, running this farm house where they grow everything theirselves. We got home made wine, dinner and breakfast and could eat it with the most beautiful views. Apartments were brand new and offered everything we needed to have a great stay. Would strongly recommend to book this place

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The rooms are very big inside an old historical house. We had a feeling that we were invited to a family, we loved the homemade food, local tips and help:) In case you want to really have a look inside Georgian real life and culture - that's right for you! P.s. picking fresh mandarins on a hill of a mountain while looking into the valley is price less :)

In case you want to spend time alone with minimum human contact - this is not the place for you.

The location was perfect, close to the Mtirala National Park! Also, sleeping in the hundred year old wooden house with a beautiful balcony makes it all memorable in rainy days in Mountainous Adjarian Region! Renting the place was also quite cheap and affordable, although clean and nice!

I think for the price we paid, everything was very nice and acceptable! :) No complaints

Wonderful, warm and very kind people run this guest house. Food is brilliant. Place is beutiful-there are a lot of mandarines and khaki trees around a house, full of tasty fruits. There is a fire place in one room and it makes charming athmosphere. Owner can speak english well and he is very helpfull. We loved this place and people so much!
