We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rendezvous! The views are spectacular and the breezes coming through the house are amazing! The house fit our needs perfectly. Dena was very helpful and having use of the car was a huge bonus! Highly recommend!

Our stay at the property was great. A little issue with the TV which Dena fixed in very short order. There was NO need for AC...the breezes were magnificent. The use of the car was great for exploring the island. Dena was extremely helpful, picking us up at the ferry dock when we arrived and dropping us off when we were departing. The property is clean and comfortable with all the needed items to cook and serve great meals and snacks. The patio is wonderful for morning coffee and evening drinks...be aware of sunburn in the morning. The sun reflecting off of the water can still give quite a sunburn. The view is spectacular and the area is peaceful. I would recommend it highly. Thank you to Garet and Dena for all their help.

The property was amazing, the experience was amazing! This was our first time to USVI and St. John. We are already planning our next trip to St. John. Here are a few things that we would have wanted to know ahead of time: The rental car pick up information was conflicting, one said we would have it at the Ferry, the other said we would get it at the house. We had to find a taxi to take us to the residence which we were not experienced to do so. Unfortunately the paddle board was unavailable during our stay to use, we were not aware until packing the car for the beach. The views were amazing, the residence was well cared for. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We were able to spend lots of family time enjoying the outdoor patio. We enjoyed Trunks bay and Maho bay during our stay. Both were a 15 to 25 minute drive from the house. We enjoyed multiple trips to the High Tide restaurant at Cruz bay where the menu had many great options and great atmosphere. We would recomend stocking up at the Starfish grocery store, they had better pricing and larger selection. We deffinitley recommend this home to anyone wanting a relaxing trip.

Thank you so much for an amazing stay at your beautiful home! It was everything we imagined and more. Your house provided all the provisions we needed including pots and pans for cooking, a blender for tropical smoothies, board games for quiet nights, beach chairs and even a beach umbrella/canopy! Your car was also amazing to use around the island- thank you! A huge shoutout to Dena for being so hospitable with all of our questions. Appreciate her prompt responses! We have only been gone for a few hours, but we miss the tranquility and beauty of St John already! We hope to be back someday! Thank you so much again!

Great location for a mid winter break. Fantastic views from deck. House was very clean. Quiet location, very private. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Host met us at the Ferry and drove us back at the end of our vacation.

Great place to stay. Steep road up but the amazing view is worth it! Comfortable and plenty of fans to keep cool along with the breezes. Having beach chairs and a car to use was very convenient . Host was helpful and easy to communicate with. We had a great time exploring beautiful St. John!!

We loved the island, loved the house! Close to everything plus the view combined with the sea breeze that blows thru the house it was a home run! Having the car included with the house was also a big plus.

We absolutely loved this house. It has an Amazing view off the huge veranda, (our favorite spot for morning coffee and night time chilling). The house is spacious and very nice. The kitchen is very well stocked, the bedrooms were roomy with a convenient jack & jill bathroom & the beds were comfortable. My kids loved it too. As teenagers & young adults it was nice for them to have their own space. Communication with the host was easy, helpful with response time was quick. Totally loved it. It made our vacation even more awesome.

We had a wonderful time on vacation. The location, house, and surroundings were excellent. The owner and care taker were very responsive. We were met at the dock with the car, enjoyed the lovely house and were thrilled with all the beaches and amazing snorkeling. The house was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen (pots and pans, plates, etc), snorkeling gear, beach chairs, lots of games and books to enjoy. We enjoyed the lovely balcony and ate outside every day. We would thoroughly recommend this house.

The ceiling fans and many windows keep you cool. The view is to die for. The property manager was there to help us when needed and so friendly. The villa was very clean, spacious and everything felt solid. The check in and check out instructions were very clear and we did not have a problem finding it. The kitchen was usable and bedrooms large and well ventilated. Baths were clean and in good working order. The views from the porch were spectacular. The paddle board and snorkeling gear were very useful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to friends or family.

We had a great time staying at this property. It is big, quiet, homey, with wonderful views (enjoy your morning coffee or evening beer from the terrace!), and very well stocked with pretty much everything that you may need for a great stay - cooking (amazing kitchen with all tools + grill!) or beach (plenty of towels, chairs, etc...). Commute to the house was easy - you will need a car though, but overall, to really enjoy Saint-John, a car is more than strongly recommended. Coming from NYC, the steep hills can be surprising the first time, and then it is only fun! The only things possibly missing - A/C (except one night after some sunburns, we honestly really did not need it - and it was August - and actually after a couple days enjoyed not having it. And possibly a pool (you will see multi-million $$$ homes from the balcony with some pools, making you fancy a jump in the pool in thee morning!), but then you would be paying way more!! End of the day, Saint-John is so beautiful, with pristine beaches, that we also did not need it. Get out and explore! So better to pass on it. We felt we had a good deal considering that some people were renting way smaller 1/2 bedroom in Cruz Bay for close to the same price! Communication with the owners when needed was super easy and quick. We loved staying there, actually miss it, and would stay there again should the occasion arise.

We had a fantastic time with our family at the villa. The cool breezes from the trade winds were remarkable. The property owner and manager were always accessible and kept a check on us before during and after the tropical storm that came through. The villa is exactly what St. John life is like. Plenty of room and beautiful views.

First the pros: 1) The view is really nice over looking the bay. 2) The use of the blow up paddle board was a lot of fun 3) The proximity of the place to Cruz Bay is nice Cons: 1) The place was not clean at all...we found mold in glassware, on plates, in the blender, others. There is no dishwasher and I am not sure the management company ever really washes any of the dishes. 2) Lights don't work, tiles falling off, fans that do not operate, the washer and dryer soumd like a Mack truck when you operate them, the closet door in the bunk bed room came right off as my son simply tried to open it hitting him in the head, window screens broken, blinds that did not work, etc. The property needs a ton of maintenance upgrades and fixes 3) We were supposed to check in at 1pm, but was not able to until 4pm...and communication with property manager was spotty 4) The layout of the property is a bit unusual as you have to go through the main bathroom, through the laundry room, to get to the master bedroom. Very odd . Overall, we would not recommend this property and will not stay here again.

We had an amazing time here. Plenty of room for everyone, the views are incredible, and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. The house is very clean and stocked with all the essentials and more. The owners checked in on us and were always very helpful and responsive. The house is the perfect location to feel private but convenient to shops and beaches. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The views were amazing from nearly every room in the house. The house itself was clean, spacious, and had everything needed to feel like home. We were able to cook dinner every night in the fully stocked kitchen. With the doors and windows open, the breeze through the house was perfect, even though it was warm outside. The communication was excellent from the property owner and the property manager throughout the stay. The location was far enough away from town that it felt like our own quiet section of the island, but it was close enough to amazing beaches and Cruz Bay to easily drive to. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We completely enjoyed our stay at this property. The views are stunning, the house is wonderfully appointed and comfortable. We just left Friday and we already miss it! The property owner and on-island property manager were super responsive to questions.

I enjoyed my stay, it was quite peaceful and just what we needed. The home was clean. We were provided with sufficient towels and sheets. I was pleased to find soap to wash our hands at every sink. Access to beach needs and chairs was extremely helpful. The only downfall is that there is no air conditioner. A few of the ceiling fans did not work but we managed with repositioning the standing fans. We lost power on Thursday evening. The view here is beautiful. I cooked just about every night and we ate out on the porch and watched the sunset. The grocery store is very expensive. I brought cooking items with me including frozen meat and breakfast items. This assisted a great deal to minimize the items we needed to purchase. The home has more then enough cooking supplies.

Awesome location, awesome view, will do again. Owners are great to work with.
