No Custmor service.Kitchen was not clean. There was lizard in our bed.Reception does not have any attention towards custmors. service not up to Bali standard.

I like the location of this place. The two bedroom place is great for a family but there are many things that is wrong with this place. I guess you cant have everything.

Masalah Elektrik!!! I am writing this BEFORE checking-out. The electricity gets cut off everyday of my stay at random times in the two bedroom villa (Unit 107/ First Unit on the right when entering the premises) It even got cut off all of a sudden while my mom was showering at night. I hope we can get a refund. The electricity usage wasnt overloaded at all. We were not using the hairdryer EVEN! They should fix the electricity power box instead of asking and having the guard to look after it when our electrity gets cut off suddenly.

Staff unwilling to help clean up when a cat messed with the trash bin. No hand soap was provided. Quality of shower gel was substandard.

I didn’t like that they don’t provide hand soap in the bathroom!!!!!!! very strange!

The friendly staff were waiting for us to arrive. They upgraded us too as we just got engaged!

There was an issue with our aircon where is spat out ice. Also we lacked a few towels

Bedrooms are very good, big, and clean

Cleanlines of the swimming pool, outdoor areas, and bathroom. Some leftover instant noodles in the pool, orange stain chemicals, worn out outdoor facilities, crawling insects under pebbles in the bathroom. Property management policies. What happened. We paid for full 3 nights stay upon check-in then got unpleasant surprises as we enter our cottage as we described above. We’ve decided to check out the next day and talked to the front staff in the evening about our plan. They said they will check with the management. The next day the staff inform us that they cannot provide any refund at all with the reason that they still need to pay fee to booking.com. We still decided to check out with a dissatisfaction.
