staff sent multiple emails staying in touch with me although I never got to HCMC

Bathroom stinks. Ac doesn't work. Cockroach in the room

The location is great as it is central while quiet and the price is ok too. Check in was not easy not comfortable. Supposed to be a homestay but has motel vibes. All in all ok for the location and the quiet nights.

Very quiet area and good soundproofing. The price was good for the value and the check in was easy.
The place is not easy to find and the directions could be better. They ask for a payment after booking to confirm and they don't accept card, so you have to transfer or go to a mini mart.

It was the worst experience here!!
Factually, mould on the wall, The broken faucet, the shower turned into swimming.
-A bedroom door.... bathroom-style door to let in all the light.
-Air-conditioning sooo loud, like a train.
-A mattress with 200 springs on the back... Pain all the night.
-Pictures falses !! The room is absolutely not like that.
-Dirty, and many ants in the kitchen and bedroom !!.
I had to make that to maintain the faucet (pictures).
The guy, the young guy speaks very bad English, impossible to understand him and very impolite ! Useless !
I can't / i don't recommend this place absolutely not.
And to find it... So tricky !

There was nobody at the ask the whole stay. We Also couldn’t find someone.. room is okay.

Nothing was good. The owner was unavailable all the time and because of her we had to walk so much in the city with all our luggage.

The bathroom was extremely small and we were woken up at 8am (after a long day travelling) as the staff member wanted us to pay (we checked around 7pm so wasn't too late) upon checkout the same member of staff was around so I'm not sure why we couldn't of paid either upon check in or check out.

Average... normal facilities..
Not English speaking staff..no reception contact number..no taxi booking.....staff doesn't know about hospitality..The girl who comes in reception in afternoon never cares..talking in mobile.. playing songs etc.. not interested in her work..

I booked the room and it was confirmed on booking.com and when I arrive the door was shut and whn I called there was no rooms available and I was told to go elsewhere with no suggestion given as to where to go and they clearly did not care they'd made a mistake

Location was good. Affordable room rate.
Room wasn't that good. Room's position was not informed beforehand . Bathroom sink leaked water a lot. And room was at the top. Like you have to climb many stairs to reach. With heavy luggage and for old people impossible to stay there. Owner becomes irritated when request for luggage drop at the reception is made . She said me this is not a hotel!

I had no access to the terrace with the art and plants so nothing.
No one to check me in during check in hours. I banged. Finally some one opened door then walked off. Then could get back in after did run i didn't realize the round thing was electronic for the door. Regular key for room. No one there to check me out much less help with anything. Room not convenient. Single outlet loose. No bedside table.

Highly recommend this property. Value for money, quiet, no disturbances, very quiet for central busy appartment.

The owner is very cute, friendly and enthusiastic. I was texted to guide the way before coming. Clean room, basic amenities. There is room for motorbikes but little. Central location but in a quiet residential area, not too difficult to find, the price is good. The surrounding area offers plenty of dining and other amenities. And especially you staff "deptrajsieucapthanhlichvodichkhapvutru".
