The staff were exceptional, Lina was a standout as were the pool bar staff. Lina was an absolute joy every day and couldn’t be more helpful. Our room was great, we had an issue with the aircon which was fixed immediately, the location is perfect

朝食の時間が6時からなので、午前中のアクティビティを予約していても、概ね余裕で喫食できます。朝食は美味しいです。部屋は特に問題はありませんでした。

蛇口から出る水は、口に入れるのを憚るほど不味いです。歯磨きで口中を濯ぐのが嫌な人は、部屋にピッチャーがあるので、共用のウォーターサーバーで水を汲んでから、磨くといいです。

Le personnel était d'une gentillesse incroyable, La chambre était très sympa. La piscine est incroyable, malgré le manque de place sur les transats ! Si vous voulez vous faire une manucure ! Je vous recommande cet établissement. Et surtout la localisation était parfaite.

La douche était nulle, car pas de pression et nous mettons de l'eau de partout. Le petit déjeuner à revoir.

Wonderful locally owned hotel. The staff are all super helpful and kind. In particular our driver Ketut and Lisa are absolute standouts. Location is fantastic with just short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. Pool gorgeous and the gardens are lovely and filled with gorgeous little birds.

This hotel is just lovely. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast range is fantastic and filling. The pool is a good size and there is a very convenient pool bar. All of the staff were wonderful. Ketut, who drove us around, was so friendly and accommodating. Lisa, one of the front staff, was always enquiring if everything was OK for us. I told her one day that the air conditioner had stopped working and I said I wasn’t bothered by it but in no time at all she had an engineer up to fix it. You get excellent value for money in this hotel. You also get free washing up to five times of clothing a day which was very much appreciated. The location is perfect too. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. All of the other guests were lovely too. It was such a wonderful experience. I felt sad to leave and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in peaceful Sanur.

Koko hotelli on yhtä aikaa aamupalalla niin ei istumapaikkoja ole ja laatu on vähän vaihtelevaa. esim ensimmäisen aamun capputsino oli loistava ja toisen aamun se oli kiireemmässä maitovaahtoa.. Huone nro 405 ei toiminut wc pönttö joka aiheutti omat haasteensa

pool was freezing and had WAY too much chlorine in it. Kids were crying with sore eyes after just 5 minutes. Rooms were noisy - door bells loud and walls very thin - could hear guests walking up the stairs.

De locatie van het hotel was goed, je was binnen 5 minuten op het strand. Ook waren de werknemers snel ter plaatsen bij problemen.

Het bad zorgde voor een flinke lekkage, dus elke keer bij het douchen stond de badkamer blank. We verbleven maar 1 nacht, dus hebben het wel gemeld voor de eerstvolgende die die kamer zou krijgen..

Lovely breakfast included, great speedy check in. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Location is perfect. Will definitely stay again. Great pool with swim up bar.

Pool area sunbeds could be a bit cleaner but this was a minor thing.

De super grote familie kamer van 48m2 was uitzonderlijk. Tevens een grote badkamer en groot balkon. prima locatie op de hoofdstraat tussen alle restaurants en cafe’s in. Goed a la carte ontbijt. Erg vriendelijk personeel

De lobby, breakfast area en zwembad zijn erg op elkaar gebouwd waardoor de ingang nogal rommeling overkomt.

(a) The late check in of 3.00pm waiting time to access your room (b) Getting the incorrect room for the booking, Booked a Superior Room with a garden or pool view , instead had a view of the street , asked to get the room changed which was agreed to , however next day when we went to change rooms advises only Superior Rooms available all had Twin Beds not a Double Bed as requested and paid for, ended up staying where we were. So instead of having the serenity of overlooking the garden or pool area of a night , we endured traffic noise (c ) Bathroom every time you showered the bathroom floor flooded ( poor drainage ) , so everytime you went to the toilet you either stood or sat with your feet in water. Every time you used the vanity basin you got a smell of raw sewage coming back up the drain pipe (d ) No Hand Towels in Bathroom Breakfast , It appears if your not in early you miss out, the fruit trays were alway empty , and not replenished for latter breakfast guests , the menu was to say very ordinary , although we booked for 5 nights we only ate breakfast there twice , preferring to go and pay for a decent breakfast. rather than what was on offer. This trip we stayed at 4 properties and the Abian Harmony Hotel came in last at No4 This was my 16th trip to Bali and I've stayed in a number of places over the years, but the Asian Harmony Hotel would have to be one of my biggest disappointments, and I will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone , well maybe to someone I didn't like.

2度部屋を変わりました。夜中のエアコンの故障、次は配管からの悪臭とセーフティボックスの故障、最後の部屋は広くてキッチン付きでしたが閉鎖的で湿気ています。たまたまな不運ですが安心できない５泊でした。

The overall Property we arrived and left Looks nothing like photos No where to sit pool lounges all had towels holding them yet NOT 1 person in the pool that was no bigger than a swim spa it was tiny not enough lounges for amount of rooms NOT family friendly no room to swing a cat just table and chairs everywhere with older generation people all smoking simply a concrete jungle very uninviting so we declined the booking and left. For the price it must have been good but no ambiance at all to tempt us to stay

I do not recommend it to anyone, the last days of our vacation were ruined by the wrong choice of hotel.

较为陈旧的酒店，但还算干净。洗澡时发现浴室没有热水，给前台反映后，还算及时的派人检查维修。但卫生间的用水，无论是洗脸盆还是洗澡，都不是淡水，而是海水净化水，有淡淡的盐味。早餐比较简单。距离海滩步行大概10分钟，附近吃饭、购物、ATM比较方便。

Centrally located and only a short walk to the beach. Good pool. Good breakfast. Great and attentive staff.

The exterior is a bit dated and the bath towels needed bleaching (a bit discoloured). Odour coming up through the bathroom drains wasn’t pleasant.

Le seul point positif de l'hôtel est son emplacement : Proximité de la plage, nombreux bars/restaurants/commerces, accès rapide à la balade côté plage etc.

Si jamais vous réservez sur Booking avec un paiement sur place, prévoyez du cash sinon vous aurez +3% sur le total. Lors de ma réservation j'ai fait une demande de pick up à l'aéroport. J'ai eu une réponse une bonne semaine après (le jour de mon départ pour Bali) . J'ai confirmé et à l'arrivée : personne. Ils ont fini par m'envoyer un mail pour me prévenir que finalement ça n'était pas possible : j'avais déjà fait mon check in entre temps. Tout les jours le "ménage" est fait et on vous remet la climatisation à 16. La SDB est nettoyée avec un produit très gras donc impossible de poser les affaires à côté de la vasque. Pas suffisant d'éclairage pour bien se voir dans le miroir). Rideau de la chambre déchiré, peinture sur les murs complètement écaillée (humidité ?), beaucoup de résonances la nuit, draps tâchés. Vous êtes obligés de laisser la clef de votre chambre à la réception quand vous quitter l'hôtel. A mon retour ménage fait mais porte de la chambre pas fermée à clef ! Pour le breakfast, 7 choix possible. Le pancakes ne sont pas fu tout assez cuits à l'intérieur. Au moment du check out prévoyez un peu de temps car il y a un tour de la chambre à faire. J'ai demandé le document disant que tout était payé etc, très long (du coup je n'ai pas pu l'avoir). Impossible d'avoir la wifi dans la chambre. Impossible de fermer à clé la porte fenêtre pour le balcon.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and Citra was very kind and gave me some helpful guidance on my trip on where to go. The room was nice, and the location is very good and convenient to catch a ferry to the islands from Senar port.

The staff were superb, from Customer Relations to Cleaners, Reception and IT - they really made us so welcome and were helpful at every turn. Room was good value and the pool generally a great facility.

The coffee (but we are fussy about coffee...). The overall building a little tired - we do note renovations and are conscious Covid has had a big impact over the past few years. Pool chemicals were so strong!

Everything was great. Comfortable and clean accomodation near the beach, friendly stuff.
